If you like what they stand for, then you'll like them! If they don't have your vehicle, you might not like them though.

Sent an email request and they never responded. There customer service is terrible. Would not buy from them based on my experience.

We looked (online) all over the USA for the vehicle that we wanted. Burkhart Ford was the ONLY dealership within a 3 hour drive that had more than one for us to look at. We drove out on a Saturday (3 hour drive), compared the 3 vehicles side-by-side (Jeff had them out front and read to go), test drove the one we preferred, and when we got back from the test drive, the paperwork was ready to go. We had a smooth buying procedure, and we were out the door within an hour -and-a-half of arriving. :) Thanks for making us out-of-towners feel so welcome. I have been looking at used 2013 Mustangs for 3 months.I went out Burkhart's Ford and found just the car I was looking for. The salesman Jeff Pietsch was very easy to work with. They gave me a good deal with no run around. I will go back there when I am looking for another car.

Over the years i have bought many cars and trucks from all different dealerships . This dealership would be the last one i would ever go too again . DO NOT Trust this dealership.

Just bought another Ford Escape (#5) this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had buying a new car... no haggling... no badgering .... no trying to talk me into something different. I can't explain how refreshing it was to have a seller listen to what I was saying about a car and listen. Stephanie Burkhart was the salesperson and I highly recommend any woman buying a car to go see Stephanie and finance guy Ed.

Have had all my Ford Trucks serviced there. They perform everything I need in a timely manor and I am always satisfied.

What can I say, these guys make buying a truck so easy. I flew out from NY and was picked up from the airport and brought to the dealership. I dealt with Jeff and Jack who were able to get my finance paperwork finished before I even arrived. The truck was just as described in the photos and I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and it was a pleasure doing business with them. A++

The work was done in the time I was informed. The employees were helpful. The store was clean.

They really take care of you. Very professional. They let me know what should be done, how much it will cost and when I will get my vehicle back. All were accurate.
