Talked to the salesperson Bradley the day before we drove over 2 hours to get there. was told if I was paying cash then he could work with me. To make a long story short went to purchase a yellow 2014 Chevrolet Camaro, got the key we went out and looked vehicle over got in started it up and seen that the check engine light was on, ask Bradley hey was the deal with the check engine light he stated that he didn't notice that it was on and he would get one of the mechanics there to take a look at it soon as we got back from test drive got. After returning to the dealership matt the sales guy in training took the vehicle around back to the service department. I took out $13,500 cash and laid it on the desk told Bradley this is what I can offer you for the vehicle, he talked to the sales Mgr. about the offer the sales mgr. said that they do not negotiate prices and turned down my cash offer of $13,500 unbelievable. Shouldn't say that you will work with a potential customer and when they arrive there to make a deal you down right reject there offer and stand on your ridicules jacked up prices......0 stars wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership period.... Face Book here I come.........

Unfair business practices

Neither one asked me for a "deposit" and let me leave without putting any money down. David called me Monday, I told him I was shopping for insurance, had one more test drive that week and would get back to him by Tues/Wed (Thanksgiving on Thursday). Again, no ask for a deposit or money down. I called early afternoon Wednesday to tell them insurance was purchased and to make an appointment to purchase the vehicle. At that time, David told me another person had put down a deposit and "that's business, the market is very tight." He assured me he would contact me Friday morning to give me a status update if the other party backed out or if it was sold. Never heard from him Friday morning, I left 3 messages including texts between early and mid-afternoon and only heard from him at supper time telling me the vehicle was sold that morning. Had either David or his manager ASKED me to put money down to hold it, yes, I would have - however, I didn't know that option was available to me. Skip this dealership, they could give a rat's @ss about you or your needs. If zero stars were available, Audi/Volkswagon LaCross would have earned that rating. Thus the 1 star.

Great service, no pressure
The staff at Morrie's Audi are all super friendly and helpful. They price cars well and there is no pressure to buy one or the other model. They are interested in finding the right car for the buyer that you will be happy with.

Used car shopping for a Lexus
Brandon was easy to work with and very personable. He and my husband connected about hunting. I was disappointed that I wasn't told it was a smokers car and wondered how we didn't notice the smell before we drove off the lot. I love the car but not the smell. I even bought an air freshener but it doesn't help. Any ideas to rid the car of that smell?
