I always used Dean Arbour for buying and service work until. I brought my wife's car in for an oil change, older service guy came back after about a half... hour, well you need new tires and you need a brake job! (45,000 miles on the car with a new set of tires with only 500 miles on them). Took the car back home and picked up a set of pads and rotors for the car, and was going to do it myself. Pulled the wheels off and checked the pads and they are almost as thick as the new ones I bought. Ticked off I called the service dept. and told them about what happened. The guy kinda of laughed and told me, we always tell people they are needing new brakes when they are under 50%. 50% he must tell everybody that comes in there they need brakes! And have a tech working on the car that can't tell a good tire from a "needs replacing" tire? Sorry going to Standish or Bay City from now on.

Ron in the Service Department was awesome!! Everything I requested to get fixed ( 2 things ) were done very quickly and with a smile . The warranty work... also 2 problems were fixed in a very timely manner !! Thanx Ron !!!
Came here one Saturday after seeing a car on their website. It was after close because I hate being ambushed, looked in a few cars and they where trashed,... dirt all over inside and the Jeep my Husband looked at Stunk like high hell. Still came back Monday and was immediately ambushed driving around the lot (on both sides of the dealership might I add). Decided to talk to one of their newer salesman, he did a great job with us but there was nothing We liked. Went inside to check his other stores but still nothing, manager came out being pushy on a car we flat out didn't like. Tried to offer us a (great deal on it) I can't stand when people are pushy like that. Way too old school for my tastes. I hope this salesman goes to a good store, I'll follow him anywhere. Tips guys:1 stop the old school crap 2: remodel, my great grandmas home is more modern 3: clean your bathrooms

Yvonne was my salesperson. I had been to 2 other Jeep dealers that day and left due to poor treatment. Yvonne stopped me in the lot and greeted me right... away and was very friendly. I was comfortable right away. I have two homes one in Ohio and one in Michigan. I purchased a new Wrangler from Dean Arbour their whole staff was great. Very professional and I would definitely buy from them again.
