    As always, an awesome experience at Wally Edgar. Purchasing our new vehicle was made SOOO easy by Tom Blythe, who took care of everything! We had a few issues with our old vehicle, which Dan Peterson in Service quickly resolved for us. All we had to do was turn over the keys to our old car, sign a few papers and we were in a new car in no time!

    The service department is outstanding! Jasen always takes good care of me. Whenever I need service, I look for Jasen. I had to return twice. Once to have regular maintenance and a second time to have a recall corrected in my Spark. Everyone who I have had the pleasure of meeting in the service department is so friendly and welcoming! The customer is always greeted with smiles. Neal worked on my windshield a few weeks ago, waved and said hi from a distance. How often does a customer see that at a dealership service department? The service area and waiting room are clean, with fresh coffee is there for the customers to enjoy. I am confident that my little Spark (which I own and absolutely love) is getting the best care, when I bring it to Wally Edgar Chevrolet.

    Just picked up a 2017 Camaro RS and could not be happier. Wally Edgar Chevrolet made my car buying experience one of a kind. I highly suggest working with Andrea Raymond. She is very knowledgeable and took it upon herself to answer any questions I may have. In addition, she also found me a car with all the features I was looking for and was able to get that car to me in under a week. I was highly impressed with my car buying experience and will definitely be buying more cars from them in the future.

    Wally Edgar has a customer for life because of the unbelievable customer service I have gotten from Ryan Fellowes in Sales and Justin Price in Service. Both gentlemen treat me like a valued customer, greeting me by name, engaging in conversation, and taking care of matters as if I am their only customer. They go above and beyond in taking care of any problem I may have. I have purchased or leased 4 vehicles from Wally Edgar now, and every time has been just a good or better than the time before. Thank you guys - I truly appreciate your professionalism and your trust.

    I contacted this dealership four times about a used car but they never got back to me. Contacts were made through both cars.com and the dealer's own website using two different email accounts. Maybe it's only their internet sales management that's bad, or maybe they run the entire dealership incompetently. I wouldn't risk it on such a major purchase.

    I called Ziad (my sales person) directed me to the service dept, where I spoke with Shawn, who let me know what to do next, which was to bring in my vehicle. On my appointment day, I went to the service center for the Transmission issue on my 2017 Equinox and I was greeted by Shawn (in the Service Center) who then sent me to Jeannette (in the Rental Dept) both employees were very friendly and helpful and let me know everything that I was to do (From dropping the car off to picking up the rental and returning it). I really appreciated their patience and professionalism. It is really nice to be greeted and instructed as to what to do and where to go when you are going to the dealership. Great Job!!!

    I was shopping for a new car for my son, his 1st new car. I live in Ohio, Wally Edgar Chevy is in Michigan, I had a question about the difference in price between Ohio and Michigan. I first talked to Jeff, who took my information and said he would call me back. He never did! Then my girlfriend called to ask the same question and check on the availability of a Chevrolet Cruze premier edition. She talked to Rob and said he sounded disinterested, was short with his answers to her questions and gave her the impression that she was wasting his time. We were ready to buy a car but from our less than impressive contact with this dealership, we went to another dealership who treated us great! Was very surprised about this experience after seeing all the positive feedback. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as they appear to not give a damn if you buy from them or not.

    Mike, We are VERY sorry you feel this way! As far as not calling you back, that is completely inexcusable! That is certainly not our standard practice! Unfortunately, we have 2 Jeff's in our sales department, so I don't know which one is the culprit, but I did speak with Rob. Could your frustration with that correspondence be from the fact that your girlfriend couldn't answer the questions about the qualifications needed for the rebates for your son? Rob said he was more than willing to help, (having just done 2 out state deals in the last month) but was struggling with figuring out the promotions that your son qualified for because she wasn't sure what your son had available to him (i.e. GM Employee Discount, Competitive Lease Rebates, etc.). As you noted, we have had many excellent reviews and tons of referrals, but sometimes there can be a communication breakdown when the person asking for specific pricing doesn't have the information relevant to the deal. - I am happy to hear that one of your local dealers was willing to take great care of you. But, please understand, that we would do the same if given an equal opportunity to ask the questions to the right person! If there is any way to change your feelings on the way we appear, please give me the opportunity to do so. I can be reached directly at (248) 724-1072.     Charged me $63 to tell me they think the knocking sound from the drivetrain was a stone in my tire. I've taken my car in here before for warped rotors (wearable item) and a squeaky steering wheel and they fixed both issues for free, but now charged me for not even finding the issue. If this is how the dealership operates now, I can't see them being in business much longer. The only good thing about this trip is the fixed my leaking water pump (14371 – Coolant Leak from the Water Pump) at no charge, rightfully.

    Thank you for your review Jacob. I am sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your recent service visit. Our team is shocked to hear about the dissatisfaction about your diagnosis fee. You authorized and signed for 1 hour of diagnosis- which is $128.00. Our technician spent close to 2.5 hours trying to duplicate your concerns, and he only charged you for a half hours labor. You called back after the 2.5 hours and apologized for not sharing all the information about the concerns, which led us to look in the wrong direction for the concerns. Following the diagnosis procedures, your service advisor went on a 35 minute test drive- with you-in attempt to replicate the concerns... in which you were not able to do. We are very confused about your dissatisfaction. Our team strongly believes we went above and beyond for you and your vehicle. Your previous visit was FREE of charge because your vehicle was still under GM factory warranty. Unfortunately, at this time your beyond factory warranty parameters. Hence the reasoning your advisor thoroughly explained the diagnosis process and policies. Again, I am sorry for your negative experience here at Wally Edgar Chevrolet.
