Bought my first new Chevy from Goodwin in 2012 and was so impressed by the sales and finance staff I went back a couple years later to help my son purchase... a vehicle. The second time around was a negative enough experience I almost never went back, but just recently decided to give them another shot. Not only have they weeded out the bad blood, my original salesman, Lance Miller, is now the finance manager. Sales staff was great. Very positive experience.

I went to look at vehicle. I didn't tell the salesman exactly how much I could spend. He was rude about the amount of money I had told him and he... walked off. I will never buy a vehicle from them. Rude that's all I can say.

Jeff in the service Dept was Great from the moment he answered the phone. Very accommodating with my work schedule. They were fast and the price for oil... change and changing tires over to snows were the best in town ( I checked!) Only thing I would recommend would be who ever answers the incoming calls start with a good morning etc and end with a Thank You. As soon as I asked for the service dept my call was transferred to an empty sound until Jeff picked up with his cheery voice!. Great experience I will return

Rather than having some musical message advertising what we already know you sell and having to hit a key to get to the operator, forget the introduction... and go directly to the operator...........and the operator should not send you to voice mail.

I kept my appointment and the timely repairs where completed in a timely manner. Routine service was spot on. Mileage has improved since the visit. ... Tires are in good condition.

Was approved for Financing. I told them what i could afford for payments.They called me back 10 minutes later and said they had a couple of vehicles for... me to look at. Went up on a Saturday on a schedule Appointment. Get up there they had no cars to test drive in my price range of what i told them i could afford. They had a couple in the shop they had advertised on there website for sale so I Inquired about those. i was informed there were in the garage being looked at. We went in and check them out. They was one I wanted but i could not test drive it yet because it was not completed going through the garage. The told me it should be ready for me to come up Monday to test drive and they would call me. On the way home on Saturday I called and told the salesperson i was really interested in the vehicle. They said that great and that they would call be Monday about the test drive. Never received the call on Monday. So i figured it was not completed going through the Garage. I received a call Tuesday morning saying they had sold it on Monday. I was going to ask them why they would sell it when they knew i wanted it but i didn't feel like arguing with them. They did say they had a couple of other vehicles up there i could check out and when i asked them the cost they were out of my price range of what I told them i could afford. I felt because I wasn't buying a 25 or 30 Thousand dollar vehicle I didn't matter.

I have had to bring my vehicle into... this dealership multiple times for significant service and each time has been a painful or unpleasant visit. service team leader normally would not call me with updates, but rather I would have to call him or stop by NO MORE.
