We took our car in because the seatbelt buckle was stuck. We were told that the whole seatbelt assembly needed to be replaced at a cost of $750. We did... not do the repair and picked up the car. The mechanic ended up breaking the plastic on the buckle. We were able to get the buckle out by unscrewing the plastic cover. We have had our vehicle at Clements multiple times with subpar and sometimes unnecessary repairs. We will not bring our vehicle in again.

These people were amazing, first time i have ever seen a dealership who didn't lie when it came to getting a sale. They also kept working with me until... i found the vehicle of my dreams!!!
As a 20-something, single female, I was a little intimidated going into the possible car buying experience. Nate is the sales representative I worked with... and he was the most chill, not salesy like sales man ever. He listened to my needs and found me a vehicle that worked for me and not his paycheck. I never felt like I was bothering him with my questions, and he took the time to make sure I honestly understood what was going on. When it was game time to actually "sign" fo my car, Cameron in F&I was also wonderful. Again, super laid back and easy to work with. Laid out all of my options without pressure. Explained everything to me in ways I could understand. Unfortunately the car leasing process all started after my previous Chevy had been in for service, but everyone I worked with in service was A+ as well. Nick at the service counter and even my shuttle driver were great. Everyone at Clements made this entire experience incredibly simple and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any vehicle. Al and Tim (I believe those names are correct) were so great as well.
