The problem was solved for today anyway
I have owned my Edge for about six months. There was an odor coming out of the vents, just when you turned it on. Was it from a filter or dead critter? It took a bit of trouble shooting. The service person phoned me several times to keep me updated. It was a critter, they had to replace a fan motor, deodorize the vents. It worked. To my surprised they could do it at the time of the apointment. The car wash was also appreciated.

Friendly staff
Always friendly and professional interactions. I didn't explain the issue well enough for your tech to understand what the issue was. I told the person who checked me in that the noise I'm hearing occurred when I got on the turbo, but I should have explained it is occurring after I accelerate...the noise is not coming from the turbo. Rather it sounds as though something is bumping up against the firewall. This doesn't happen when going over bumps, but only after accelerating. I have ordered additional service for an unrelated issue and will address the bump when I return the vehicle for the additional service. Thanks

Great custome service!
My CMax was due a factory recall update for software, checking my vehicle in was quick, they offered me a ride (didn't need it then), I received a call as soon as the work was finished, and they were able to pick me up on my lunch break. Everyone from check in to pick up was helpful and very nice! Awesome service! Thanks!

Timely service
Good service as usual. Tammy (my service manager) was very helpful, even spotting a needed recall on my vehicle. The recall and oil change were performed in a timely manner. I had requested services to be completed by 4pm, and my car was ready by 2pm... hours earlier than expected. The shuttle driver (Bobby) was polite and timely.

Oil change
Everyone is very nice and professional it is always an easy experience working with Kendall ford. I plan on getting all my oil changed done there and this come from someone who would only go to Midas in the past.
