Really pleased with the service we received from Kendall Ford, our service advisor Alex Brown, the mechanic who worked on our car, and out shuttle driver, Bobbi. There was good follow-through from start to finish, and Alex did a great job advising us on progress throughout. The service (a transmission recall on the clutch-packs) was performed with minimal inconvenience, was finished faster than expected, and was done correctly the first time. It feels and drives great, and I could not be more happy. Thanks to all involved.
