    What a pleasant surprise as I was driving through Wautoma when my tire pressure warning appeared near the dealership and I pulled in to have them check... the tire out. To my surprise they were able to take my Traverse in immediately only to find out the tire had a puncture. Before they repaired the tire the service manager asked me to come out to the shop to look at the tires because for he had some safety concerns. He politely pointed out how the tires were well worn beyond safe operating standards and indeed they were. In addition to no tread left he showed me some uneven wear and suggested I install new tires & have an alignment done. Needless to say the dealership replaced my four tires with 54k miles on them, aligned the car, and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. I cannot think of a shop anywhere near my home that would offer that kind of service let alone offering what I felt were extraordinarily fair prices! From service to the check out everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely concerned! What a find so I know where I will head when I'm in the market for a new pick up truck soon. To me it will be well worth the drive.

    We had a service engine light come on in the car so we took it to Cottage Motors for a scan. They diagnosed the problem. This was on a Friday. The problem... wasn't crucial so we made an appointment to bring the car back on Monday. We took it in and it was repaired quickly within the day. We also brought a warranty/recall card in that we received in the mail. That was also fixed within the same time frame. Service department was very courteous and efficient.

    Went in to purchase a used vehicle and was surprised at how they wanted to work with us. We have been to quite a few other places looking for this type... of vehicle and no one wanted to give you the time of day. The salesman here was wanting to work with us right from the phone call I made to him. We are happy we went there and will go back again for another vehicle when the time comes. Thank You.

    I walked into the lot just looking, Caroline met me and we started looking, she was so nice and helpful looking at vehicles. Being a very small woman she... understood what I was looking for. She directed me in good directions to find something in my price range and style I was looking for. I test drove a vehicle and fell in love with it, I didn't even drive any others. She was so patient with me asking dumb questions. The transaction was quick and didn't last for hours. I would do business with her again.
