Disappointing, misleading and they cost me money. I live out of town and was attempting to purchase a truck from McKie Ford. I found a nice used truck. i started talking to salesman on Sunday. Monday as soon as they opened I was communicating with both sales and finance. We worked and got deal approved. Then the phone goes silent. On my end sales rep and finance said all was approved and I had bought a plane ticket to come close the deal......End of the day 5 minutes before close of business after I had tried to call 4 or 5 times. I received a that they MGMT decided to sell the truck to someone else. Cost me $ 350.00 for plane ticket and can't even go into the remainder of the story - totally hung us out to dry. I have worked many fleet deals over the phone and am a loyal Ford client - this dealership isn't worth the time.

Code was cleared and light came on as soon as I left the lot. After they promised me everything had been gone through and fixed. I believed them my mistake. Now I’m stuck with a $1827.02 repair bill.

We are from Texas and were traveling in the area. We had a problem with our 2011 F250 Super Duty diesel. They repaired the problem which was covered under a service action and got us under way promptly. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. As a retired FMCC employee I have dealt with numerous dealerships across the country. I highly recommend this dealership for excellent service.

I consider myself an excellent shopper when it comes to major purchases. I looked at hundreds of trucks on the Internet before I found one of the best deals possible at McKie Ford in Rapid city, SD. It was a three hour drive for me but let me tell you, it was worth it! The facilities are top notch and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Ask for Greg when you get there; you won't find a more honest, helpful and knowledgeable Sales Associate anywhere.

Don’t buy used vehicle from this dealer. I purchased vehicle that has 0% brakes left, and needs a new radiator. Wife tried to break backing out of driveway and almost got hit with kids in car. This dealer did not check to ensure vehicle was safe for operations. I am a few days in from purchase and out an extra$1000.
