    I was in the market for a specific Jeep. Midstate Dodge had what I wanted. I reached out to Chris Campbell. He responded immediately which is so important... these days. Instant gratification or we move on right? Well, he nailed it. Every time I called or emailed him he got back to me right away. The rest of the crew was awesome as well. They had all their ducks in a row when I arrived. I drove 3 hours to pick up my NEW Beauty. I had a personal situation that day as well which made me arrive much later then planned. Chris was literally ready to clock out with family waiting for him and all. He stayed and made sure I was locked and loaded. I have a great appreciation and love for him. We became good friends and stay connected to Facebook. Love ya Brother. Thank you again for your hard work. XO Heidi

    From the minute we walked into Midstate Jeep we knew it would be a different experience. John Tisbert greeted us and showed us some Grand Cherokees. John... did outstanding listening to what we were interested in and what we didn’t want to go through. He communicated clearly and effectively. We highly recommend John and Midstate!

    I would highly recommend Midstate Dodge to my friends and family. I had been to another dealership closer to my home but was very put off by the arrogant... salesmen who would not listen to my overall goals for getting a new truck lease. I called and spoke to Paul and he was honest from the beginning and is the reason I canceled signing paperwork elsewhere and instead drove to Midstate. He worked through the options with us and was aware of our time restraints and getting our kids off the bus later that afternoon. Very happy with our lease and look forward to working with Paul in the future!

    This was my 2nd Jeep Renegade having purchased my first one at MIDSTATE and having all services done there. My daughter and son-in- law have also purchased... 2 vehicles there. I am 100% satisfied with the purchases and with services provided. the staff at MIDSTATE is outstanding.

    My lease experience with Mid-State was extremely easy. I was told of all my options in terms of vehicle and lease and walked me through the process of... leasing my vehicle. I was also very please with my Ram's 26+ MPH on my trip to Albany, NY.

    My check engine light came on out of the blue on my new 2018 Ram 3500 pick up truck while driving on the highway. Googled a dealer and found Mid-State... was about 30 miles away. I pulled in and went to service asking if someone could put a meter on it to find out what kind of trouble I’m in. There reply was “ can’t do that”. Even the service manager could not take the five min to help me out. Finally I asked where the nearest Autozone was which happened to be across the street. Autozone was happy to help me out and diagnosed the error. Turns out a sensor for the crankcase filter came dislodged.

    William, we are sorry, but we have found that to do a proper diagnosis, we want to have a factory trained technician, with the proper tools and diagno...stic training do repairs. We don't just put a meter on a car and from the code wing the repair. Far too often our shop sees vehicles that other technicians tossed parts on based on a code, yet the code only indicated the base concern, but it is not always a part, but can be other issues, just as you experienced.
