Bad Sales Experience

Stopped by to look at used Ford Fusions tonight and was greeted by a salesman with an attitude. He acted as though I was wasting his time. I heard him say he was leaving at 5:00 to his co-worker so later on in the presentation he asked if I could come back tomorrow, Oh' I'll be back tomorrow ok with the Fusion I bought in Waterville. Thanks for nothing

Simply the best

Ryan and Ken both in the service department were AMAZING. Ryan fit me into the schedule to have my oil changed right away and I was also able to get new tires the very next day as well. Ken went above and beyond finding good tires at a low price for my vehicle and also taught me more about how to properly take care of my vehicle. Both gentlemen were very kind and made a point to make sure I was happy. Thank you both for your incredible work and generosity.

Great Service

Brought my wife's Ford in for service. They got me right in and let me know her tires were getting low. Will be back next time I need service.

Great service. Clean facilities

Service was prompt and polite. Very clean nice waiting. Staff very helpful, 2011 ford fusion.

Great Service

Ken was AWESOME. He was very knowledgable about my Ford Escape and I was very impressed with his dedication to customer service too. Since two very dedicated service staff had recently left the organization; Mr. Burkart and Alton Savage who had actually sold me by first and my current Ford, I was worried about future customer service. Ken has surpassed my expectations. At some point in the future I'd like to talk to someone from the Ford motor company about why my purchase of a Ford is so important me.

Great place!

I arrived in time for my appt., everyone was pleasant and my car was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the gentleman who took care of me was wonderful. Great place and love the car!

The sales person was very good , he took his time to listen to what I needed and want ,showed show me some vehicles that would work for me and my needs . Give me all the prices and payments for each vehicles , I looked at . All said and done the car I got was a 2016 Ford Fusion .
