    Bought a truck 3 weeks ago. The computer screen was out on the lot. Wouldn’t buy it unless they fixed it. Still haven’t got to drive it.... It is setting in the service department. Ask twice a week if it is done. They say it is coming. Pretty sure they are trying to run it under the extended warranty that I purchased.

    Dan, We understand your frustration with just buying your truck and then having an issue. Believe me, that is frustrating for us as well. Unfortu...nately, the reason it is taking so long is 100% due to a part being on back order with a vendor. I know Kyle Jeremiason, our Service Manager, has given you an update in the last couple days on what is happening. I can assure you that we are not trying to submit anything under the extended warranty. That would be a violation on a number of fronts and is not the way we do things. When I saw you earlier today in the showroom, I was unaware of this situation. We will do everything we can to get the part here ASAP and get installed right away. Thanks again for your business. It means a great deal to all of us. Apologies again for the issue right out of the gate but hopefully we have your trust moving forward. Matt Einspahr

    Tried to charge get me to replace my ABS control module for $1100. Come to find out the harness that is attached was slightly loose. After re-connecting... the harness myself the error codes I received were gone. They clearly didn't actually look at the ABS module and just looked at the error codes the computer spat out and assumed the module was bad. On top of this I had a recall on my airbag that they said they would have the airbag in by the time the initial appointment was, of course that didn't actually happen. Maybe not exactly there fault but still super inconvenient. Go elsewhere.

    I recently purchased an older used truck from Einspahr, and the buying experience--as well as the price--could not have been better. The young man who... helped us--Peyton--was absolutely excellent in all respects: he talked to us about the quality of the vehicle we were interested in, let us take it for a test-drive, showed us the Einspahr service department, and followed up with us to see how we were enjoying the truck. He even began looking into some after-market options for customization for us--because the things we are looking for are no longer available from Ford. He's a truly exemplary young man, and he made the buying experience painless and easy. He deserves high marks, indeed. Everyone we encountered at Einspahr was very nice, very welcoming, and the dealership itself is well-organized and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend Einspahr to our friends looking to buy new or used vehicles.
