I have had nothing but amazing experiences from Lamoille Valley Ford !!! Everyone is amazing to work with and truly care about your happiness vs just selling... you a car. I needed a new car but was nervous to buy but everyone i spoke with helped me find something i loved and that i could afford. Thank you Lamoille Valley, I have been enjoying my Ford Edge you have a lifetime customer with my family!

First, Greg Young was terrific. He knows his product, explains all aspects of various financial proposals, is energized, has a sense of humor, and communicates... with his team [Rick Welcome, Joe White, Rob Wallace] so that everyone is on the same page. I felt that everyone was working as a team to get the best "fit" for me. Also, I was impressed with Greg's follow-up electronic communications after my initial visit. The lobby at Lamoille Valley is a small fish bowl, but Greg was very discreet handling my personal information [social security, monthly income, and so forth]. My friends at Piecasso [Stowe] rave about your service department. In the pass, I have owned Silverado 1500s and GMC Sierra 1500s. This was my first experience with leasing and driving a F - 150. You made the process of selecting the F-150 and leasing clear, concise and complete. And Jake adds a nice touch to the Lamoille Valley family.

Personal action taken was a welcome feeling. The personal given attention,is worth a thousand words. All personel at Lamoille Valley treated me like a... true friend.

I would like to thank the service department for their outstanding fast response to my service need. I would also like to thank Joe White for assisting... me in getting an quick appointment. Since I WAS LEAVING THE STATE FOR 8 DAYS.

I love the service department. no matter what vehicle I drive in the future, I will go to lvf for service. Rob is THE BEST!!

Prompt, take action approach by Chandler and Jake when I drove in with a dead battery...I left the same day with a new lease car. Yahoo!

People are great, service is great. I go in every 5000 miles for service and have always felt like it's worth the drive to go to Lamoille Valley Ford.

Always treats me like family. They let me know my rear brakes needed to be replaced and were able to do it while I was there.

1. Greeted outside by Patrick with a friendly "hello, can I help you with anything?" I was looking for a place to park because they were moving cars to... new spots I guess. I parked and we started looking at trucks. Very friendly start!

Everyone was great they did everything they said they would. Most of the sale was done on the phone that was very helpful.
