    My salesperson, Jeff Frisk, was courteous and helpful, as were other staff members I spoke with at Roberson Ford in Albany Or. When he went with me to test drive a Ford Transit Connect van, he knew I was nervous about driving it in dense traffic, so took me to an area where I felt more comfortable. He was very patient and kind, and answered all my questions. He had a nice, easy going and professional manner, and a good sense of humor, and even escorted me to the restroom! The color I wanted wasn't in stock, and also I wanted at least one side window, so a model was located for me, and arrived within a few days. When I went in to pick up my new van, the papers were ready for me and the gentleman I signed with seemed very clear as he explained the pages I was signing. The paperwork was completed in a timely manner, and then Jeff showed and explained to me the different features of my new vehicle. I felt very comfortable and confident driving my van away, and it drove like a dream all the way to Lincoln City where I live. I also appreciate the year-end discounts I received off the purchase price. Great experience!

    It was a smooth transaction. The truck I got was in very good shape and was perfect for me. The finance department also did a good job on finding a lender that provided me a good finance rate. I'm very pleased.
