Given estimates for work not needed. Long wait times. No communication. Had to return multiple times after dealer inspections only to have more problems.... A bunch of liars and scammers trying to get you to pay for repairs they caused!
We brought our car in for them to look into our windows not working. Took 4 hours to look it over and cost us $300 and absolutely nothing was fixed. Brought... the car to another place and it turns out it was a simple swap of a fuse. They didn't charge us. If Serra were professionals they would have been troubleshooting that first, but that wouldn't make them any money. Will never go back.

I purchased a used Subaru from this dealer. The vehicle was purchased on an “as is” agreement. The sales process was very professional and effortless.... There was a minor issue with the vehicle that I discovered the same day that I purchased it. Despite the fact I knew what I was getting into with an as is purchase, the sale person and dealer made it right. I had the issue fixed promptly. The service department was equally professional and polite as the sales department. All around an honest and professional experience.

We are in Grand Rapids, looking for a 2014-2016 Subaru Forester. Serra in TC seemed to have the best prices. Saw the right one (trim level, color, mileage)... and sales guy said "it's yours," on a Friday, took a $500 deposit, said they'd deliver it no charge. Then Monday he called back with an "Oops, it sold on Friday." What the? Made us an offer on a different Forester (no. 2). We said no, what about Forester no. 3 from your website? He named a price, we agreed, he sent us a rental agreement ... for Forester no. 2! Auugh! Called him back the next morning and said no, wrong car. He said he'd figure out what happened... and I heard nothing for 6 hours, then an email. "Oops, it sold." Unbelievable. Finally, a sales manager got involved, offered me an amazing deal on Forester no. 4 (newer model, more features, lower mileage) as an apology, got it delivered in time. It's a great car for a truly great price, so I'm happy now. They admit their mistakes and bend over backwards to make it right. I can now recommend them.
