I bought a car from ec Ford in December. the car started acting up in January. I brought it back to them to see what the issue was. they told me the timing... chain was going out. Asked if they were going to help at all and they said there's nothing they could do. Offered to see if they could help get me a discount on the parts. replacing the timing chain I was quoted 2500. Fast forward to the first part of July this year and the transmission went out. Got estimates from three different places and I am being told roughly 3000 to get the transmission replaced. went and tried talking to them again to see if possibly they'd give me a break on part of it. and nothing. yes, I understand it's a used vehicle but when you spend over 10k on something and have two major issues happen within 6 months of purchase it would be nice to hear something other thank tough luck. I've been buying cars there since it was Jim Carter Ford and I will never recommend another person there. Sidenote, their sales staff was excellent in selling me the vehicle.
Jason got us right in, ordered the part needed and we were able to leave on our trip the next day.

All staff were extremely accommodating and very low pressure type sales techniques were used. Since I was injured in an auto accident and had no vehicle... they helped me find a replacement.
