Brought my diesel truck in because it was running bad....

Brought my diesel truck in because it was running bad. Got a call that the after turbo pipe blew off and needed replacement also that my aftermarket warranty wouldn’t cover it because they won’t cover hoses. After picking up my truck and paying $890 I realized all that was wrong was a new band clamp needed to be placed on the rubber boot holding it to the turbo. Complete scam!

Handy GMC Service

I recently had several issues with my 2014 GMC truck. I need the truck for my volunteer activities so Handy GMC Service gave me an immediate appointment and then worked through the issues (several) to fully resolve. They communicated status. This has been my experience with this dealership with both sales and service for many years and many vehicles. I am just now closing an order for a new 2021 4WD with them. Highly recommend

I did a lot of research before purchasing my 2017...

I did a lot of research before purchasing my 2017 Silverado pick up. I highly recommend Handy Buick, GMC, Cadillac. I drove 1hr. 45 min. one way to get it. Tanner, responded quickly to all my questions, and got things prepared for me to come up on a Saturday . Terrance worked with me when I got there. Great pricing! Great team! Purchased a certified used 2015 Buick Enclave this past...

Purchased a certified used 2015 Buick Enclave this past week. Have to tell people it is a used vehicle and they still can’t guess it is five years old. Matt Pearl provided excellent instruction for the vehicle’s safety and bluetooth features and was a pleasure to deal with.

2020 Silverado

The process was fast and easy. New truck was ready in no time. Good pricing. Clean showroom plenty of seating around so in today world I felt save in social distancing.

Purchased June 2019 GMC truck 2012

When I purchased this truck I was told had been inspected by Handys had new tires new brakes driven this 1,800 since brought back for inspection told needed new Rotars new brakes new lines and power steer line also I was told they never did any of that work except tires. Cost $794 to repair I live on a fixed income and feel like I was lied to about the service when it was sold to me. Guess there’s no fo like an old fool would not recommend A dealership like this

Loving my 2019 GMC Acadia

Hope was very helpful and worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted within our budget. ImShe was very easy to talk to and since the sale I have been in contact with her to ask questions and to set up an appointment. Hope was knowledgeable and sought out answers when needed! Thank you Hope and to the staff for helping with the sale! I’m loving my Acadia!. Hope helped me find the 2019 Acadia with the features I wanted such as leather seats, navigation, Bluetooth and the seating for the grandchildren. The back seats convert easily to cargo space for my work or groceries.. Everyone worked with us to find the right vehicle without being pushy. We went back and forth for a bit, but in the end we were able to come to an agreement.
