Awesome experience! Thanks Todd Morgan and Jimmy for all of the great customer service. Great team to work with!!. I love the GMC Terraine and my commute in town is much more pleasant

Poor service!

Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality. Joe

Handy has been the best dealership experience I've had to date. They are very clear about their pricing, give the best pricing and have the best service hands down. I've bought over 75 cars from all different types of dealers and they win by far. Start to finish a great process. Would highly recommend!

Great people to work with!!

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Handy's. They are always professional and are not pushy. This time in I was not really looking to update my ride, but they worked out a deal I couldn't refuse.

Smooth Transaction

I saw a Certified vehicle that I was interested in online and my wife and I went to the dealership to check it out. We were greeted by Pete Quebec who showed us the vehicle and after a test drive we decided to go ahead with the purchase. We were able to negotiate a price with Pete that was reasonable without any high pressure. While we were filing out the paperwork the vehicle was taken for a final inspection and filed with gas. When we were ready to leave Pete informed us that the floor mats were not up to their standards and they would order a new set for me. I have since received the floor mats and was impressed with the quality. This is not a big thing but I appreciate the attention to detail that was shown by the dealership. Overall we had a very stress free experience at Handy GMC thanks to Pete.

Awesome Experience

This was my 15th Buick purchased or leased at Handy's. This time I just wanted a car because I am retired. Had a price in mind. Went looking in Burlington and was not happy with pushy Managers. Called Bud Handy. Get the deal and the Car I needed and wanted. Thank you so much.

A rapid transaction

18 months ago I worked with Jimmy to get the truck I wanted. He was very patient and respectful of my time. Last week, I needed a new truck and I had very tight time constraints. Jimmy had everything ready I drove the new truck home 4 hours after I walked in that morning. Buying a car does not need to be a painful and drawn out process.

Outstanding

Outstanding job. My salesman was Peter Quebec. I went in with a price in mind and got it. They didn't have the car I wanted so they ordered one that day. It came in when promised. We were called the same day it came in. When we went in to close on the car, we were greeted by Peter with a hand shake along with all the other salesmen. Peter handled the paper work and went very smoothly. There were no problems at all. Not only did we do business, we had a lot of laughs as well. We were taken out to the car and were shown all the bells and whistles. He took his time explaining everything we needed to know. We received a full tank of gas and after taking our picture for a calendar we were sent on our way. Not only was Pete friendly, but the complete staff was. Thank you for the great service.
