    I paid for unlimited car washes. The car wash has been closed for the VAST part of the past year, either due to it being broken, or because of COVID... (they claimed the detergents were from out of state and were "unsafe". Detergent? Like soap? You know, the stuff that kills COVID? Right.) I've gotten about 4 car washes in a year. Also, I bought the package that gives you a windshield treatment every 6 months. Well, it's been a year, and I haven't been notified that it's time. I tried to e-mail my salesman, got no response. Funny, I get e-mails from them at least once per week trying to sell me over priced services, but when it comes to what I already paid for, crickets. It would seem that once your money's in their hands, that's the end of it.

    Chris is the greatest! We got a nice used vehicle and are very happy with it. He sent us a video pointing out every little ding on the car so there were... no surprises. Very polite, very professional,very clean. Highly recommend!

    DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!!! THEY SELL VEHICLES THAT NEED NEW ENGINES AND SAY NOTHINGS WRONG WITH THEM!!!!!!! THEY ALSO DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DIAGNOSE... VEHICLES!!!!

    Bought a truck and 7 months later it needed the head replaced. They had nothing to say but it’ll cost $2000 to fix after I just payed $3000 for the truck.... Don’t buy a viecle from here.

    Contacted Morrie’s in Chippewa Falls for a battery replacement on a speciality vehicle -Maserati Quattroporte. They located a superior battery with higher... cold cranking amps than the OEM version. It was installed in less than an hour and everything works great - all memory settings still work and didn’t even have to reset the clock. I will have confidence to use them again when I am unable to get to the Maserati service center at their sister company in Golden Valley, MN (Morrie’s Luxury Auto).
