I bought a car from this dealership and thought that it had AC however it did not, they did fix it. But they also never told me that there are no returns... on my car, and had I known that I would never had bought the car.
Drove from hours away. They claimed that everything has to be safety approved. The wheeling bearing was about to go out, vehicle smelled horrible, door... dings, battery was dead had to jump it. They wouldn't pay for anything.
Bought a truck we found online (We're from St. Paul). When we arrived to pick it up the paperwork was ready and we were on our way in less than an hour-... Unfortunately, within a week I had a mechanical issue with the vehicle, but they made arrangement to repair it here in the Cities, even though our extended warranty hadn't activated yet, and weren't actually responsible- Outstanding customer service.
The staff at Morries is absolutely fabulous. If you're ust "looking" search out Nikki. She was fabulous, she went out of her way to find us EXACTLY what... we were looking for in our price range. I still cant believe the deal we got. Thank you Nikki!
Nikki Hutton was fantastic! I had spoken with her the morning before we came in, i told her my situation and what I was looking for and she had everything... figured out when I came in! When I arrived we test drove the truck, and was out the door in my new truck in a couple hours! She even made the short wait for paperwork enjoyable for my wife and daughter! 10 out of 10 will buy the rest of my families vehicles from Nikki
After buying a vehicle here I feel cheated. We bought a used vehicle, explaining it only needed to be safe and reliable to put a newborn in. After haciha... the vehicle less than 40 days the transmission is out- which I highly suspect the people I spoke with knew about ahead of time. When I went in to talk about the issue I was told it's used and cheap, and I should have expected it. I would definitely never buy anything from them if I knew it was going to go like this.
Contacted them about a used car. They sent me a video of the car. They also provided answers to my questions. Unfortunately, we were earlier told they... would transfer a vehicle to MSP however would not for the particular vehicle we were interested in so that was a deal breaker for us due to travel time constraints.
Looking for a used car on a tight budget is extremely hard, but being talked down to and patronized about the particulars you're looking for is embarrassing.... The sales man was snobby and pretentious... Not everyone at the dealership is probably this way but I wouldn't go back to find out, even if my dream car was located here!

I looked at quite a few RX350’s in the St.Paul area. Morries was several thousand lower and the trade was on the higher end of other dealers. No... complaints at all. Worth the drive.
We came to look at a used car. We do not expect any used car to be in perfect condition. When they gave us a price for our used car they were very quick... to discount every little imperfection. When they priced their used car, they priced it like it was in pristine condition, even though there were numerous issues that would have cost a good deal of money to fix correctly. This includes water vapor under the dash and a line of rust spots along the top of the windshield. All of this indicates possible water damage which they had no interest in exploring. Taking a test drive took an inordinate amount of hassle. Buying a car is challenging enough. This dealership made it even more frustrating.
