Chris Kokette is fantastic at his job. We had a unique situation where our 2017 Sorento trade in had a service issue that had yet to be resolved. Often times sales professionals will silo themselves into sales only inquiries and not invest effort into service issues for their customers. However, Chris went above and beyond to engage the service team including Luke Dorner who is also fantastic. Between both of them, it was clear their objective was not just to make a new sale but rather to keep a customer in the Kia family for years to come. They wanted to make sure our experience was exceptional all around from our service issue to our Telluride buying experience. My wife and I felt they went above and beyond to meet our satisfaction. We hope that both Chris and Luke remain Lupient Kia employees for a long time as they were the reason we did not take our business elsewhere (which we were close to doing). We thoroughly enjoyed our experiences with them and are thankful for their dedication to the customer and not solely the sale.

I worked with Chris Kokotte. He was very patient and didn't push us in making the decision. He answered all my questions - he probably answered the same question more than once. We also made the decision at the end of the day, but I didn't feel rushed and he worked hard to make sure I was well taken care of.
