I wanted to go with the zero down, and 134.

Disappointed…. Ok, pissed
I have been going here for years to get my oil changed. I have steered others here. I have always been very happy…until today. No more. A $54 coupon special cost me $73 today. An extra $5.50 for an extra quart of oil-I’m all good with that-but the rest is just hocus pocus. I really don’t like games from a car dealer. So very disappointed. I’ll go elsewhere.

Not so great service? twice!
I made an appt for 8:30 am on July 22nd, dropped my car/keys off early in the morning with note for oil change and tire rotation and that I needed to pick my car up by noon that day. I called at 11:30 to find out if it was finished. They didn?t know my car was there for service. Needless to say, I picked it up with out the requested services being performed. I called two weeks later and made an appt again for that morning reiterating that I would need the car back by noon. Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. The appt was for 10:30, again dropped off early with note for services requested as well as needing the car picked up at noon. They called me at 10:30 to say they did a recall repair on the car and it needed to sit until 5:00pm. I told them this was unacceptable as I needed the car to head out of town at noon. They then said I could take the car at noon. When I asked if the oil change and tire rotation had been done there was silence, and then they said they would pull it back in for the tire rotations. This is utterly ridiculously bad service. I don?t believe I will be back here for service of any type on my vehicle.
