After my pickup of 10 years blew up on me, I needed to get a new fuel efficient car. I had heard good things about Cornerstone from a coworker, but was still pleasantly surprised. As soon as I sent the message that I was interested in a car, Wayne reached out to me to answer any questions and learn about my situation. When I went to test drive it, Wayne had it pulled up and warmed up for me. The whole buying process was a breeze, and the finance department got me a better rate than the 2 banks that had pre-approved me before. Wayne and the rest of the staff at Cornerstone were welcoming and accommodating throughout the process. Definitely recommend them and will be back in the future.

Deb Peterson was friendly and so very helpful from the first day I went to Cornerstone. Through my first test drive to locating the model with the options I wanted, everything went quite smooth. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but every person I met was friendly and very courteous. Even my special requests to allow me to keep it a secret for Christmas were fulfilled. Altogether a great experience in buying a new car! BTW: She loves her new Jeep.

I just finished my second truck purchase with Cornerstone Ford, Ram 1st, Ford 2nd. I actually look forward to seeing the people who work here. They are very friendly and patient. For both transactions I had Ben as the salesman, Dan as sales manager and Duane in accessory sales. Everything went very smooth, the vehicles, both times were fully prepped and the extra accessories were installed properly. I have had bad luck with this at other dealerships. All of my warranty and service work has been performed here and there is nothing that hasn't been taken care of. FYI, I have purchased more than 20 vehicles and have had many differing buying experiences. This is the only dealership I will go to unless we move to far away places.

Even though I am not a Fan of Fords the Elk River Ford Dealer had the GMC Truck I was looking for. Josh Sims was an excellent salesman,getting back to me promptly so I was able to secure the truck before someone else swiped it up.
