    I found my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica touring on line..called and had a sales man named Sol..he was wounderful..no presher sale..i liked that..he was able... to get me a trade in on my old Chrysler and mim. Down pmt. Then the office mrg.Jeff worked he's. Magic and found me the best intrest rate out there for 1st time byer..i drove home in my new to me Suv..it wounderful...i love it..Happy Customer. .Janice

    I saw the internet ad and responded by driving to the dealership and purchasing. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The experience... was excellent. Chris and Mikey were courteous and very helpful. It was the best car purchase experience I've ever had. This was my fifth new car purchase.

    I just got into a car wreck which destroyed my original vehicle. A 2009 scion tC with only 35k miles on it. After a month of dealing with nothing but disappointment... and annoyance it was nice to finally find something that wasn't so difficult. I found a 2011 scion tC with only 45k miles on it. Called them up, got the details. Came in the next day and inspected it. I was able to leave the lot with it the same day and work out a reasonable price for it. They were very understanding of the financial side of dealing with insurance companies and worked with us on good faith. They were friendly, polite and made sure I got what I wanted within reason.

    Excellent Car buying experience in buying a 2014 Nissan Altima yesterday at Gladstone Nissan!! The staff was friendly, helpful, and not high pressure.... It was a very relaxing car buying experience. They worked hard to get financing for my new car, and finding the right car within my budget. Chris, Lisa, and Nathan were very professional and attentive to my needs. I would recommend them to friends and family.

    Beware of Gladstone Nissan in Oregon!!! I went there to get my oil changed and they stole the frames around my license plates (front and back) that were... from Hawaii and replaced them with their own. I contacted Penny in the service department…no apology…nothing…just mailed them back (guess they kept them as trophies). I contacted the general manager, Steve, and never got a response, not even an apology. Apparently theft of personal property is endorsed at this dealership at the highest level of management - and if they steal something this simple, who knows what else they will steal!!! by the highest level of management. There is nothing they can say (now) that will be anything but an excuse for their bad behaviors; and if they think it is okay to steal personal property it’s not a far stretch for them to believe they can do other things without your permission, i.e., unnecessary work to steal your money. Theft is theft in any form.

    We had a great experience with Gladstone Nissan. Chris Harshman made a car shopping and pricing easy online. We found everything we watned at a great price.... Gladstone Nissan was very willing to work with us as we traveled over 6 hrs to buy our Nissan Rogue at their dealership. Mikey was a great support as we test drive our new crossover.

    I was very impressed with my experience with Gladstone Nissan, from the moment I entered to when I drove my car off the showroom floor. Patrick, Chris... and staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Not once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of, and they made sure that every detail was perfect before I left the dealership. When you're making a big investment like a new car, you want to feel like the staff at the dealership will give you honest answers and help you through the process... For this, I am extremely grateful to Patrick and staff for answering every question and making me feel like an honored guest in their dealership. After being disappointed with another local dealer, I highly recommend Gladstone Nissan and I encourage someone who wants to buy a car without the "car salesman" experience to visit them!
