Terrible service

Had an appointment for two weeks to get some basic fluid changes for my mustang Left the car at 10am on Monday I still had not heard from them by 2pm on Tuesday I was unable to get through via three different numbers I left messages I drove to the dealership and they indicated that only an oil change and tire rotation had been done. That the remainder of the work could be done the following week! It then took 30 minutes to get my Bill. No apologies, what a bunch of incompetent service advisors.

New Tail Light While On Vacation Out Of Town
