    Avoid this dealership. We were subjected to false promises and a ridiculously long wait when buying a Honda CRV here. Gross incompetence at every level. No concept of customer service at all. If you want a Honda, use a reputable auto broker instead.

While that specifically is out of our control, our salesperson could have done a much better job at communicating the progress of its arrival to you. We also apologize for the amount of time it took to complete your paperwork while you were here, our General Sales Manager, Linda, admits it took much longer than it normally does.     Came to service for transmission fluid flash and agreed to complimentary tire rotation and balancing. After service I got to Firestone for wheel alignment check, and they discovered that tires are different sizes. Before Beaverton Honda rotation all tires was 225/60/16 but after rotation 2 rear tires 215/65/16 with critically dangerous unsafe damage. Now wheel alignment is not possible.

    Thank you for your review. During our tire inspections and rotations, we do not remove the tires from the wheels; that only happens during a tire replacement. We let you know at your visit here with us that your tires were two different sizes and very worn out; we did not remove or replace any of your tires. It sounds like you went back to Firestone and had your tires taken care of, but our service manager who was on the phone with you while you were at Firestone, said the call was dropped, and he tried calling you back but could not get in touch with you. If you are still in need of any assistance regarding your vehicle, please let us know. We are here for you.

    Everyone I encountered here went above and beyond to make my experience easy and stress free. It was pressure free and I only had to work with one person the entire time. I only met with a manager at the end and it was so she can thank me for trusting them and purchasing with them. There were no negotiations since the price of the car was as low as KBB had it listed for. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

    Went two days of car shopping in two areas and this was one of the first places. While shopping at other places me and my fiancee just kept saying how Freddy was really great, honest, nice and so helpful even when I told him I needed to look around at other places. He didn't try to pressure me into anything and was cool the whole time even when we left, even during the process of all the paper work they were helpful in trying to work the best deal they could, even stayed after hours to make it work for us. They are great and friendly and even if you don't buy a car from them they are super helpful and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by and see what they have for you

    We bought a 2017 Accord, started having terrible issues with the Bluetooth system. The dealership has been passing the buck from one department to another. In the end we have a new car and can't use the equipment, we were never told about a potential compatability problem, didn't even get a were sorry, Buyer beware of Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda

    Richard- Thank you for your feedback. We know with how many cell phone carriers are out there, and how many different phones there are, this bluetooth pairing business can get tricky. It sounds like you spoke to our sales and service departments regarding this issue, and we worked hard to fix it. We weren't able to determine a real issue with the vehicle itself, as you know, but if you happen to get a different phone and carrier that might be more technology-friendly, we are definitely here for you to help pair the phone.     My experience in purchasing a Honda from this dealership was excellent because of the salesman, Michael Cepeda. He was extremely knowledgeable about the model I was interested in (CRV) and I did not feel pressured into a sale. He made the logistics of the sale very easy. Also, he was available whenever I needed him and even came in on his day off to accommodate me.

    I enjoyed working with Mike McIntosh. I think he is a trustworthy guy and he was very thorough explaining everything to me. He knew the technology of my vehicle and was very patient explaining the details. The other people I interfaced with (Linda, others) were very courteous. The vehicle was prepared for delivery professionally. It did seem to take a long time to have all the paperwork prepared etc for what would seem to be a very straight forward deal, ie no trade-in, no financing etc.

    I came in for a lease buyout and hoping to only be there for about 2.5 hours. JC Lam was very courteous and efficient! I was in and out in about 1.5 hours! Excellent when compared to the 6 hours it took to lease the car initially. I did not want to repeat that process. If I decide to purchase another Honda, I will definitely seek out JC! Also, I wanted to mention that I was in a few weeks ago for service and was noticing how very nice and friendly EVERYONE was! It was a very nice experience. :-) Thank you!
