This dealership has always been super friendly,

This dealership has always been super friendly, welcoming, and comfy. Waiting for an oil change, there's lots of comfy seating areas and a nice wifi lounge to work while you wait George, was incredibly awesome. Super energetic, super helpful. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would most certainly give him 10

Dealer response

Been in sales for +10 years but never seen unprofessional

Been in sales for +10 years but never seen unprofessional (lack of product knowledge) and impolite sales team like this. Think COVID and limited supply changed attitudes of dealerships how they treat customers. Needs better training.

We wanted ro sell our 2013 Honda Odyssey. The dealership was prompt, courteous and gave us a fair price.

We had such a GREAT experience working with Erick Batres!

We had such a GREAT experience working with Erick Batres! He was extremely patient, explained EVERYTHING in detail, and truly helped us out with what we needed. We stopped by ONCE at this dealer ONLY and decided to make our purchase that same day: that tells you how easy and frustration-free was to work with Erick. Thank you! 😀

Not as “spectacular” as the Beaverton Toyota Dealership

Not as “spectacular” as the Beaverton Toyota Dealership but one must realize that a Honda is actually a “Glorified” Motorcycle (much like Trump was a misdirected POTUS)… however a Toyota is the Japanese Improved PAR NONE 20th and 21st Century version of a FORD Model T motor vehicle! Ron Chirrick is the most patient and personable car sales associate my Wife and I have ever worked with. He really knows appropriate and useful information (and NO Bee Esz) about the merchandise he is selling! Ron Lamphere is a Portland Legend and Ron is dutily and justly providing All Honda buyers his Top Drawer Talent! Truthfully we purchased 2 Toyotas in Beaverton with the Helpful Assistance of Ron Chirrick and would have asked for Ron if we chose to go for a Third Toyota but for now we plan to see what Ron Chirrick suggests from an all Electric Honda!

I came in yesterday looking for help with getting my

I came in yesterday looking for help with getting my phone to pair with my CRV's infotainment center. Manny so courteously came to show me what needs to be done. He was patient, diligent, kind, professional, and helpful. I truly appreciated his time and really feel he deserves the accolades for taking the time to help when he could have been taking other customers for more 'important' things. He didn't rush nor did he make me feel like an idiot for not understanding the technology. Thank you Manny!!! All around nice guy. In gratitude.

Poor Customer Service Response

It is very difficult to get anyone on the phone, in the service department. If you have questions, you want to talk to someone before bringing in car - especially with Covid, and people might be behind in their service and want to do several service items. This dealer used to be much better at communication.

Dealer response

We're sorry to hear your experience with us was less than amazing. Please reach out to our Service Manager, Brandon, (503) 619-2228 so we can understand what happened and how we can improve. We look forward to hearing from you.

This dealership appears to be declining in customer service quality. Its almost impossible to get someone on the phone to ask questions - yet their prices are going up. Its hard to understand. Why alienate people who have bought new cars from you in the past?

Consumer response

I have messaged Brandon - several times, both by email and phone message, and have not received a single response. Nor from the service rep assigned to us. This is not how it used to be at all.

Consumer response

Still no calls, so we had to cancel our service appointment. Maybe we can try later.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I have never bought a car through a dealership before. Although they did not have the model that I was looking for on the lot, my car arrived quickly. I appreciated getting a price that fit my budget. This dealership was much more upfront with pricing and trade in values than the other dealerships that I shopped around at. I worked with Ron Chirrick to purchase a vehicle. I have never bought a new car before, so the process was intimidating for me. He walked me through the process and was very personable. He helped me find a plan that worked with my budget. Working with salesmen can be challenging, but Ron was very pleasant to interact with and was not pushy. I would recommend buying a car from him, and this dealership.

Negative experience

6/21/2021 Beaverton Honda admitted fault that the oil change preformed there resulted in my engine seizing and damaging it. It was a 2014 Honda CR-Z that only had 15,300 original miles on it. After stressfully going back in forth with them for a week trying to figure what they were going to do, I decided to sell them the vehicle. It was never going to be the same as before and I did not trust them to do a good job by replacing the engine. I want to state that I never write reviews, but after 14 months it still bothers me what happened. As stupid as it sounds, this event negatively changed my life. While I was dealing with this my 16 year old dog was sick and 8 days later she had to be euthanized. This event also changed my goals financially. It was my dream to own that car and I would’ve kept that car for years to come. My family have always bought Honda vehicles over the years. I personally have only owned Hondas, 4 to be exact. After this event, not only will I never go to this dealership again, I’ll never buy another Honda in my life. Now, the dealership review team will probably follow up on my comment here and try to show like they care. P.S. They offered to purchase for $10,000 when I was being very, very, very fair and asking $11,500. They finally offered the $11,500. Saw that they listed it shortly after for $15k and then listed it again about 10 months later for around $19k. Nice.

Dealer response

Sam, We agreed to stand behind our mistake and we purchased your vehicle at the price we agreed upon as if the engine was good. We are sorry to hear about your dog and that selling us your vehicle has negatively impacted your life. We do wish you the best, take care.
