My first review the day I bought the car was a mistake. This is my update a month later. We were sold a warranty with the used car we bought and it has been misinformation from day one. I can only assume they have continued to lie to cover their tracks. Or just simply ignore us when they realize they lied and are now caught. We paid 5000 for a warranty that was not what we were sold. They corrected it after we bugged them non stop to remind them they said they would fix the issue. We were told we would get a refund and we did but it was not in the form of a check like we were told. Beyond frustrated. Don't by any warranty without reading all the fine print before you sign. You can not use it any dealership and it does not start from the purchase date. You also will get a refund to your loan without changing your loan terms or going towards your payments. Instead of check like you were told. We now have had to go back multiple times and have already had to use the warranty for check engine light. We have owned the car for a month. It came on less than 2 weeks after purchase. Be careful with what they tell vs what the paperwork says. I am not even happy with the car anymore. They took that joy you feel after a big purchase away!

Credit check

I was ready to purchase a used car. I had an auto check from my credit union in my hand. I sat down and the salesman had a print of option i could purchase with the used vehicle. The cost of the vehicle was $16k but with the add on it would be $27k. I was clear i want the vehicle at the advertised price plus fees and registration cost. He came back with a warranty i could buy. Again I expressed the cost of the vehicle plus fees and registration. The salesman then want to run a credit check. I asked why? I have and auto check from my credit union in hand. The salesman said it was to verify my identification and to check to make sure I wasn’t on a watch list. A watch list for what i asked. The reply was. To make sure i wasn’t laundering money or a terrorist. I got up and left. Later i spoke with the salesman manager and was told that the credit check was in case the auto check didn’t clear, which I understand. I had my credit union mail this dealership a check and after it cleared i got the vehicle the following weekend. Sad that the salesman lied about why the credit check. Be upfront, tell the truth. The customer will respect you for that.


Great Experience

Excellent experience. It is really nice to only deal with one person throughout the process and although I would always like to get the best price, not having to haggle over the price was actually good to know and the price being decent to start with was one of the reasons we were there. Our salesperson, "Angel" did a great job, very professional, helpful, genuine, and friendly. It is very important to go somewhere where you can trust the people you are dealing with and reputation is huge. Thanks.

Friendly staff, ease of appointment scheduling is simple and plenty of appointments to choose from. They also provide a loaner car for you to get your errands done without waiting at the dealership. Clean waiting area and restrooms, free coffee and drinks in waiting room. Staff very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. Polite and courteous.
