Below is my initial review. Since that time, the dealer refunded the DEQ fee, and emailed through this site to say they would look further into the si
tuation. I have changed them from 1 star to 3. Will add updates if they happen. Original review: I really want to say something good, but I am struggling to give this dealership even one star. I have owned 26 cars, of many different makes and models, and this is only my second BAD dealership experience. My experience suggests you believe nothing these people tell you. At least in my case, they lied, and were unabashed when confronted about it. This refers to everything from vehicle condition to DEQ certification. Three weeks after purchasing the car, I received a startling phone call from someone at Infinity. He asked when I was going to take the car through DEQ, so they could process the paperwork. I told him the salesman had told me there were nearly 2 years left before DEQ was needed, and the caller replied, "yeah, well (then something about this is what salesmen do)...this needs to be done and it needs to be done as soon as you can." When I told him I was just recovering from a small cancer surgery, but would get to it as soon as I could, he didn't bother saying he was sorry or ask if the dealership could help with getting the car to DEQ. He just demanded that I get this done, and right away. Two good things to say. M. Tierney in service seems to be a great guy, and the car is excellent so far.

After Infiniti returning the part they ordered, they Reordered it to fix my (brand new 2015) mirror and having to drive up from the beach and make arr
angements with loaner - I picked the car up and it was NOT fixed. HOw can you miss a missing part on the rear view mirror when that is what it went in for??? I have left messages and they said they would come to me......I told them where and haven't heard a word. its been a day. This is not the customer service I would expect and next time I buy a $$80,000 plus car I will find someone that values me as a customer. I would NOT recommend this dealership.
