Northwest Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Hours
Family owned and operated since 1984, Beaverton's Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram has over 1,000 available new vehicles. Our dealership researches the competition's pricing and offers lower prices; not on one or two vehicles, but traditionally on our entire inventory. Our used vehicle department has the same pricing philosophy. Our used car manager reviews our inventory to similar vehicles within a 250 mile radius.

My husband and I drove 2 trades 4 hours down to this dealer because they offered us a deal on 2 new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Launch Editions that we could... not resist. They were friendly, respectful, treated us like family (the good family members that everyone likes, not the family members that no one likes) and there were ZERO bad surprises but plenty of pleasant surprises! They went above and beyond helping my family and myself with these purchases (remember we bought 2 vehicles from them at the same time). We were there for 5 hours (no fault of their own) and it was an awesome 5 hours! I highly recommend this dealer to anyone near or far from them. They are amazing and we will be repeat customers whenever it's time for us to buy a new Jeep again.
I had an excellent buying experience. I traded in my pickup for a new Jeep Gladiator and it was a very simple process. I walked out with my new vehicle... in a couple hours.
We recently purchased a 2009 VW Jetta used from NW Jeep. Both Shannon in Sales and Kevin in Finance made the purchase the quickest, friendliest and most... enjoyable car purchase experience I have ever had! Using Cars.Com to identify the car we wanted, including the test drive we were in and out of the dealership with our car within two hours! AMAZING!
Went into buy a Jeep and was pressure sold into a vehicle, they shopped my credit around when I specifically asked them not to and already had financing,... and then did a “used car salesman slight of hand” when it came to warranties. Worst experience ever. Not the least to mention the low class “high pressure sales” techniques. I would never go there again and would never want my friends to get taken advantage of either.
Talked to a salesman about a cat I was interested in, he told me it was in the shop for inspection before they put it on the lot (keep in mind it already... was on the lot and had a price...). He said it would be fine early the next week (2-4 days). I was very patient and waited for the day to come. Fast forward some 3 or 4 weeks and I still haven't had a reply. Terrible service. Usually I find reviews of dealerships to be too negative for what they actually are, but these guys deserve bad reviews. Car would have probably broke down right off the lot too.
Not veteran friendly. My husband and I have been looking for a Durango so I inquired online about a new one they have on the lot. I received a response... from Sammie Jo, and our problem started when she asked if my husband was a veteran. I said he is and she told me we just needed to bring in his 1099r or a retirement statement for proof. I explained to her that we was medically retired and never made it to a full retirement due to being injured so we don’t have either of those documents. She said we would need those for the discount. I told her all we have is his DD214 to prove service or his VA award letter to prove disability. She then asked if he was 100% disabled...I said no he is not he is rated 80%. To which she responded that he would not qualify for the military discount they offered but she hoped that would not discourage us from coming in. I explained at that point it absolutely would discourage us from coming in and it has nothing to do with missing out on a $500 discount. My problem is the dealership is okay with telling a veteran “sorry you were injured and didn’t make it to retirement, but you weren’t injured enough” for their discount. It’s absolutely upsetting that someone who placed his life on the line is treated that way. I have emailed the general manager about this, with no response. However, Sammie Jo has managed to message me three times since to ask if we are still interested and ready to come in, each time I have explained yet again why we would not be coming in. We didn’t go in expecting a discount for his service, we didn’t even ask about it but instead were told his service, his time, his injury isn’t enough. I am thankful that we were not in the dealership and this was all told to me over text message, I would have hated for this to be told to my husband’s face. Just a warning to other veterans who are in the market for a vehicle, you just might be told you aren’t good enough either.
So far love my Jeep! From sales to finance everyone was efficient and helpful! Great experience overall. Price was competitive and there were no surprises!
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They really work hard to get you in the vehicle you want. Their parts and service staff work hard to take care of... your needs.
They do not support/accept USAA customers or loans! Even if you are already approved for a loan through USAA and ready to purchase they want you to take... another hard credit hit and sign documents saying they can pull out a loan in your name and just hold those documents in their office you’re supposed to trust they won’t pull that loan out. xxx?! What dealership doesn’t accept USAA loans?! First of all it started out with us being told they wouldn’t even hold the car for drive time for us to get to the dealership (we’re 2.5 hours away) THEN another sales rep lied and said the car had a recall and he can’t sell it to us (bc he didn’t want to drop the price at all) THEN we were told they don’t accept USAA documents and need cash in hand, cashiers check, or a back up loan agreement. WHAT?! OH and THEN when we called usaa they said that was absurd but if we wanted they could close the loan and fedex overnight the check to the dealership and the MANAGER said they wouldn’t even hold the car long enough to receive the check so if we had USAA pull out the loan in our name we’d owe the money but the dealership would sell to another buyer if someone came before the check. This is ridiculous they clearly don’t want our sale. sad to see a company outright not support a military family or military company. Not even wanting them to go out of their way for us just be considerate and clearly that’s too much to ask.
Chanel, Thank you for your interest in our vehicles. We know that you were willing to travel several miles and provided you with an additional discou...nt in order to find the right one for you. We were willing to hold the vehicle for you however, based on our relationship with USAA it is our store policy to require a back up contract. A back up contract protects our store but also you if there are any issues with loan itself. Northwest Jeep supports the military and its families, in fact we have several former military members employed at our dealership. We would still love to earn your business and I can be contacted at email@example.com. Sincerely, Robert McGrain
