We recently purchased a 2009 VW Jetta used from NW Jeep. Both Shannon in Sales and Kevin in Finance made the purchase the quickest, friendliest and most enjoyable car purchase experience I have ever had! Using Cars.Com to identify the car we wanted, including the test drive we were in and out of the dealership with our car within two hours! AMAZING!

Where to begin....made appointment to get a door water leak fixed. Had to make 3 weeks in advanced because they were backed up. Dropped my jeep off on a Tuesday, they said they would have a diagnosis Thursday. I called Thursday and they said they hadn't done anything and they will hopefully get to it Saturday. The weather had been pouring down rain, almost 35 inches in a couple days. My car was sitting outside with the door leak filling up with all that rain. Dealership didn't even bother to cover or seal the door. I told them I was just going to pick it up since the interior was being destroyed by the rain and they didn't care. When I got to pick it up they already had it running for 20 minutes with the heat blasting to try and dry out the interior before I got there. I'm just summing up my experience here. Not only were they inconsiderate in caring and storing my jeep but they never returned my phone calls, told me that they have no time frame on when they will get around to diagnosing the leak, then no time frame to actually get it fixed! Are you kidding me?! This place is awful. I would highly NOT recommend it. I left with a wet interior and nothing fixed.

I found a minivan online and contacted the dealership. I got a prompt response. I made an appointment for that afternoon and was greeted warmly. I didn't feel pressured by anyone. The people I dealt with answered all my questions. They were patient, respectful and kind. I think I got a good deal on the van I purchased and I'm very pleased with it.

This is possible the sleaziest dealership I have ever dealt with. Stay away and buy your vehicle elsewhere. Not only do you get aggressive salesmen pushing you into cars/products you do not want, they do not honor premium packages because of fine print which they don't provide. You'll never get a return call if you are trying to solve the issue either. I know I left six voicemails. They are unhelpful, unsympathetic, typical movie stereotype car dealership.

WORST dealership ever! I've had awful experiences with both the sales and service departments. When we first started shopping for our Jeep we stopped here to take a look at some 3 year old Grand Cherokees. We parked and started looking at the vehicles. There were lots of salesmen walking around but not one stopped to see if we needed help. After about 10 minutes we went inside to the show room to ask if someone could help us because we were interested in a car. Nobody volunteered at first and then finally one guy reluctantly agreed to help us. We told him exactly what car we wanted to look at. He came out and didn't bring the key or really offer much in regards to the car. We finally had to ask if he could get the key so we could pull the car out and look at it closer. Again reluctantly he went and got the key and pulled it out a few feet so we could open the doors. He never once suggested a test drive or really answer any of our questions. We asked what the price on the vehicle was. He said he didn't know and that we should look online later when we got home...SERIOUSLY??? He also said that the price was probably really high and that it would almost be the same cost as buying a brand new one and that we shouldn't bother with a used one. He treated us like we couldn't afford to buy the car and therefore weren't worth his time in his mind. I've never been treated so poorly in my entire life. We did look up the price when we got home and were surprised to see how cheap it was compared to what the salesman led us to believe. Needless to say we did not return to purchase our Grand Cherokee Overland and we took our business somewhere else. Unfortunately our experience with this dealership did not end there. Since this is the closest Jeep dealership we have been forced to take our car here for any warranty services. I'm not sure what the point of an appointment is with them. On several occasions I've taken my car in for its appointment at which time they inform me that they don't have time to look at it until the next day or two. WHY did I make an appointment??? Then after they finally get to my car they do not call to let you know the status of it. The last time I called to try to find out when my car would be done and couldn't get a service rep to call me back. My husband finally had to stop in person to get an answer. They told him the rep had just been at lunch and was about to call me. How long do these guys get for lunch? The last straw was a few weeks ago. Our dash in our Overland had completely de-laminated and is falling apart and wrinkled. NW Jeep has never even mentioned this when I have had the car in and it is blatantly obvious that something is wrong. I've been in contact with corporate about this issue and they have agreed to fix the dash which is awesome. Except the fact that I have to take the car into a dealership. The guy from corporate tried get a hold of Dennis, who is supposedly the Service Manager, because they have to get the work set up with the dealership. Well...it was over a week and Dennis would not call corporate back so that my car could be fixed after several calls and voice mails to him. The corporate rep kept trying to get in contact and couldnt get anyone to call him back. How is it that I am got 100% better service from corporate than from my local Jeep dealership? We finally tried calling them ourselves to urge them to call corporate back so that we can get the car fixed. Shocking...Dennis is not available. We could not get a call back and nobody else knew what was going on. AGAIN we had to go down there in person to get a response and then we were told they haven't received any calls from and don't know what we are talking about. Our contact at corporate NEVER got a call back. We took the car to Findlay Jeep and within a week had the car fixed with an entirely new dash. NW Jeep couldn't even call back in a week let alone fix anything.

I had bad customer services in the past but this is by far the worst. I found a car listed in this dealership website and I sent them an email about it. I was contacted by Jeff who confirmed that the car was available, so I set up an appointment for a test drive. I drove over an hour from Albany, and when I got there Jeff was nowhere to be found. After standing in the lobby for about 15 min another salesman, Andrew, ask me if I've been helped. I told him I have an appointment with Jeff. He checked with other colleges and found out that Jeff was still working with his 1pm customer which was ok. Andrew offered to help answer any questions I have and show me the car. I told him that I'm here for the 2015 Mazda CX5. Andrew check the dealership inventory and couldn't find the car. I showed him the post on their website and he told me that the car was listed but is not on the lot. What the hell? why do you list a car as "available" while you don't have it. I was later told that a customer was supposed to trade the Mazda in to get a Jeep, but the Mazda won't be turned in until later next week. If someone is still driving the car you listed, how do justify the price and the mileage you posted on your site? How could Jeff not know they that they don't have the car and made me drive all the way there just to find that out? What a bad customer service by Jeff. I'm done with them at this point. I appreciate Andrew, trying to recover this but I will look elsewhere.

I want to start off by saying I bought a trade in car at this place and got an awesome deal; but my experience has been the absolute worst. from being assigned to a car salesman to how they conduct business, you are only a $ to them. In the deal of getting my car the following took place: no general knowledge about the vehicle, Dirty and stains inside the vehicle I got, no personable skills of any kind from the salesman, until he knew I was in law enforcement(which made the whole process even more awkward), and the brakes squeeled quite a bit. If you try and call them for anything good luck! They either don't answer their phones, or they delegate things to other people to the point where no one solves anything for you. I had a scheduled time set up to have my fiancée take my car in to get it detailed and check the breaks. She calls, confirms, and double checks to see that she would be provided a rental car and all was a go. She gets to the dealership and all of a sudden they don't have any rental cars. finally, two days later we get the car in at 130 pm and she gets a rental car to take home. The dealership is open til 9 pm, and it wasn't til we both called several times the next day that they even started getting to my car. I talked to someone and I told him, "you guys have given us the run around, there is no accountability or integrity, or hardly any professionalism. I need my car back tonight." The guy then chuckled a bit and said he'd give me a call when he finds out. Literally 5 min later he said the car will be done by 530 pm! I haven't picked my car up yet, and hope when I arrive it will be done. These people lack so much in the personable skills they make 82nd look good. I'm very thankful that I got a good deal on the car, but the experience was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I hope I've helped someone in their deciding of what place not to go. Treat people with respect and like human beings, you'd be amazed how positive of an impact you'll have NW Jeep! :)
