    I have an older Subaru and not much money. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed that the Service Department was willing to work within my budget and even order me a used part that I could not afford to pay full price for!

    I purchased a Forester last year from Greg Bristow and had such a positive experience my wife and I went back to Royal Moore this year because she needed a dependable car as well, her 2004 BMW was starting to fall apart...we looked up Greg and as usual he was low key, no pressure, and explained the features and benefits of the add on accessories. She decided on an Impreza which we ordered the way my wife wanted. Greg called when the car arrived and like my Forester sat in the passenger seat and explained to my wife where all of the controls were, how to pair the Bluetooth, explained the Eye Sight safety system etc. He took his time to make sure she felt comfortable. I can't say enough about Greg, he is awesome, great price, and great service, what more can you ask for?

    We were walk ins, thinking about purchasing a completely different type of car. We took one look at the legacy and wanted to drive it. Jeff Anderson was working on another project but stopped what he was doing and offered assistance when everyone else was busy. I'm glad he did! It was the most extensive test drive we've ever been on, he covered everything! We needed to wait for about two weeks to make the purchase but Jeff was not pushy. He reached out once to check on our status and told us to give him a call when we were ready. He came in on his day off when we were ready and helped us finish the deal. The rest of the staff was low pressure, offering us additional items but not badgering us to buy them. I feel we received a very competitive price. The car is equipped well beyond the price, we love it!! In closing, while we were waiting to make the purchase I was surfing the web and had many other dealers reach out to us with a similar price but we chose to go back to Jeff and royal Moore because of how Jeff had treated us. They call Jeff Mr Subaru at Royal Moore and he certainly earns that title. If you want to really know all about a car and are interested in a Subaru, pay a visit to Jeff, you'll be glad you did!

    We were walk ins, thinking about purchasing a completely different type of car. We took one look at the legacy and wanted to drive it.     We went in on Saturday afternoon to look at new Crosstreks. Jeff Anderson was our salesman, and he was a great help. I had a couple colors in mind, and he even helped me narrow it down. On our test drive, he got me familiar with all the amazing features, and took the time to talk about the safety, as well as give me a comprehensive rundown of what was under the hood! After getting back to the dealership, we were presented with our different options for pricing and warranty. Then Jason Flaherty finished with our financing. The whole experience was great, and it was the least time I've ever spent in a dealership buying a car. I already love my new car, and I appreciate the time and effort spent!

    Had a great experience buying a car from Royal Moore. They made it very easy for us. Also Jeff was great at explaining all the features our new car had and showing us how they work. We would defiantly recommend Royal Moore and will be back next time we plan on buying a car.
