There is no comparison between this store and the dealership I went to on Scottsdale. (Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale.) The Scottsdale dealership is beautiful. Glossy granite, someone is right there to open my door. Not happening at this dealership. They list my appointment and the girl was not helpful. I won't be back.

In late June after calling within warranty period when
In late June after calling within warranty period when our Sprinter lost power, was bucking, shifting roughly or not at all, and displayed one or more check engine lights on the dashboard, Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville Service Department told us to wait several days to bring in our van, which pushed us out of the warranty period. Now they say "you need a new transmission", and "your warranty expired”. We’re still awaiting Mercedes-Benz USA Customer Care Center’s response to our lawyer’s letter sent September 4, October 3, and October 6. We haven't had our van for almost four months. Horrible business practices! Is this the right way to treat a customer?
