Beadle's Sales Ford, Lincoln

My family and I placed our trust in Beadle's to purchase a used vehicle from them. The car was represented as very clean, runs excellent and has zero mechanical issues as it has passed all of there mechanical inspections. It was a very clean car, but a couple days after we purchased it, I checked the oil level for the first time and noticed it was burning oil very quickly, but I'm not one to complain or point fingers so I got the oil changed hoping that would help. It did not help and the car continued to burn oil at an alarming and very unusual rate. I approached these guys about it and after review, they told me that "the car wasn't burning oil when they had it." They told me they would not buy the car back and they did offer me a trade in value but it was many thousands of dollars less than what I just bought it for a couple months previously. Their offer was so low, that it was insulting. My family and I are very disappointed in this dealership that they would not take any action to make things right with us. My wife and I are now in a tough spot because this car engine is not at all as represented and it's greatly compromised, but we certainly are not going to sell it to anyone else and do what Beadle's has done to us. If they didn't know about it, that's ok, just make it right with us, but they are not going to make any effort to do so. Keep your eyes wide open with these guys, if there is any question at all, you will come out with the short end of the stick. Beadle's, please learn a lesson from you have done to me and my family and never do it to any other family again. Dane
