We had a positive experience with the buying process. Unfortunately we needed floor mats to go in the vehicle. It took over two months for Bozeman Ford... to get us floor mats. It came down to me calling and emailing on a regular basis. We got passed form person to person with no resolution. It was always, "Be in next week." or " I made sure they will be here Wednesday." It was extremely frustrating. The sale manager called towards the end and promised them for Monday, on a Friday, finally came in on Wednesday. No apology or offer to make things right. Pretty frustrating when everything else went so smooth to let this be the feeling we will take away from the experience.

As a newly retired snowbird, I needed a larger vehicle for my seasonal drives between MT and NV. Thought I'd check out the used Expeditions which were... OK but after hearing my hauling plants and dogs story Mark showed me a new Ford 150 that exactly fitted my needs and taste. It was a big decision to make and discussions with Mark and Alan helped me to make a good one. Friendliest dealership I've ever worked with. Happy to be with the Ford family now.
Gary Berg and the rest of the staff at Bozeman Ford are great to work with. No one was ever pushy about added features or anything, and always seemed to... maintain my best interests. Not to mention I was going to using a lender offered through my employer, but after having many problems with them Bozeman Ford was able to work quickly to get me a good interest rate and finalized the paperwork in less than 24 hrs after my source fell through. I am so grateful for Bozeman Ford and their willingness to keep my needs in mind and ability to work quickly!

Made an appointment to look at a vehicle. When I arrived from Billings to look at it, they had sold it. I took half day off with no pay ($100) to get... there before they closed. The salesman said I never informed him of the appointment, which I still had text confirming the time, and he said he did not know it was sold. Twice he said he knew about the sale that morning, and twice he said he didn't know anything about it. Talked to the manager wanting compensated for lost time and gas for the trip. He said he would fill the gas tank at that time. He would not admit that a meeting had been arranged even though he saw the texts. We did not take him up on the gas. The add for said vehicle said it was blue. The vehicle was black. Couldn't get that right. When we said we were going to give them a bad review, the manager didn't care if we did or not.
