Originally, I wasn't going to leave a review because all the problems that we had, were eventually corrected - but today they told me I should pay for... registration on a vehicle I purchased from them and have already paid them to register, which they didn't and now I can't get a hold of anyone; so here we go, start to I have a car I can't drive because isn't not registered. When we inquired about the asking price, we received an email with the price, after back and forth, asking for additional pictures, maintenance history etc, we decided to proceed with the purchase. While going back and forth, we inquired about transportation (we live in AZ), they stated that it's transported in a covered trailer and that it's cleaned before it leaves. Everything sounded good, so we started paperwork. Paperwork is sent over and the price on the paperwork is $2-$4k over the original written price, when asked about the difference they said that was the price and the price we had in writing was never the price. We decided to proceed, we ask for clarification that the vehicle will be transported and how, we are told the same thing again, covered and clean. Car shows up a few days later, it wasn't covered and it wasn't clean. Dog hair, rocks, dirt, gravel, my daughter even pulled a twig out of the backseat. It also wasn't covered; otherwise those chips in the windshield, paint and damage to the tire wouldn't have been there. When we notified them of the damage, they did fix it, 30 days later after purchase, with multiple calls from us and the dealership in AZ. Now, here is the super jacked up part - the car can't be driven, why you say? Because they never completed the title application. I've been calling for weeks because the temporary plates were about to expire, after getting nowhere with RimRock or their title department, voicemails left but never returned, voicemails full, or getting the standard "I'll look into it and get back to you" and never getting back to us - I called Arizona's DMV, provided the VIN number and I can't tell you how flabbergasted I was when the lady told me there is no vehicle with that VIN registered in AZ. After calling RimRock again and being not nice at all, someone from title finally called me back and gave me the run around - they didn't have the lien release from the vehicle so they had to wait for that, our trade (we didn't have a trade) paperwork wasn't finished yet, she didn't know a title application was supposed to go out, the check was signed, the paperwork will go out today, which it didn't, title application did not even go out until after the temporary plates expired, when I informed title and Ernie (GM at RimRock) that AZ was at least 6 weeks out on processing applications, they forwarded me some nonsense email from an Auto Association about an automatic registration extension in Montana - let me tell you what, AZ DMV sure laughed when I told them about that. Now their best recommendation is for either myself or my husband to pay for the extensions needed and pay the fines associated with having a vehicle that isn't registered.
We are choosing to stop with this madness. As a dealership we have given in to all requests as they came....not clean enough, windshield broken in tr...ansit, those are items we were happy to take care of immediately because they are items that we would expect as well. When the customer wants a second permit for an out of state vehicle license, when it's against the law in your state to issue a second when the titlework is at their DMB, you have to say no. When the customer asks you to title and register and pay sales tax on their vehicle when none of those items were in the negotiation, you have to say no. When they ask for a new set of tires when the vehicle doesnt need them per state statute. You say enough. We had to say no. Thank you for hearing the other side.
Great experience!!! Will definitely go back when I need a new car again.
Hello, we're happy to hear you had such a positive experience with our team! Thank you again for letting our team know how we did! We look forward to ...helping again in the future. Take care!
Horrible customer service. I would not have this dealership service my kids wagon! Very rude, service writer. Degrading and talking down to my wife.... Didn't communicate regarding length of service. No paperwork at time of pick up. Didn't wash or clean vehicle before returning the vehicle. Only went back to the dealership because the vehicle was purchased from the dealership and it was warranty work.

I have been treated so well at Rimrock GMC. I purchased my Cadillac thru Jim Crittenden who has always been so helpful an kind. Thankyou for washing... my car. At first they were unsure if they could wash it, and I'd really like to suggest you provide a loner vehicle for ALL your customers getting service. Jim was kind to loan me one in spite of a young lady who told me on the phone there wasn't any available. Thankyou Rimrock GMC! ~ Best Wishes. D. Hilton
Great attitudes and very attentive!!! Would definitely do business again with this particular outfit :) Thank you for making us feel so welcome
Smooth process, clean and comfortable facility, very nice people, will go back when my wife is ready for her new vehicle.
The service was done early for both of our vehicles. We just moved to Laurel and will utilize Rimrock for all of our service needs from now on.
Jesse and his crew are awesome! They go above and beyond every time we're in the facility! Great customer service!!
