I went to this dealer.

I went to this dealer. Worked with Jeff McGowen. Drove an awesome car. Asked about options for financing. Then Jeff McGowen told me a used car that was “practically brand new” could save me $6500 and handed me the carfax. I reviewed it. Asked about an accident it showed. He said it was certified and therefore considered covered by any dealership who would honor the certification. He promised a 7 year 100000 mile drive train warranty and free oil change! So I’m feeling ready to go and secure with my decision to buy. I then provide him With all My info to pull my credit and he said he would call me in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I receive a text. No phone call- the vehicle CANNOT be certified. He “made a mistake.”but he can SELL me a warranty. Then all the sudden he can offer me better financing with the new car I went there to buy in the first place. He sent me all the information in texts. I sent him the definition of “bait and switch” and now he hasn’t responded to the question I asked him about if he did a hard pull on my credit. Disappointing at best - unprofessional and illegal at worst. Buy a Nissan. They are great cars - but I’d steer clear of Jeff McGowen or any dealership that supports these illegal selling tactics.

This was the absolute worst waste of my time ever.

This was the absolute worst waste of my time ever. They were very unwilling to work with us and very unhelpful. They were trying to scam us even after I told them I was privy to their ways not about to let them scam me. They are very uncaring and do not work hard to get business and it shows.

The absolute worst car buying experience ever!

The absolute worst car buying experience ever!! Purchased a 2017 Nissan Frontier, just a few hours after buying this truck the engine light comes on. I call my salesmen Jeff, nice guy, Jeff turns this over to Will Robertson, and at first Will seems to be reassuring in that they will fix whatever is wrong with it and then states that he is almost 100% sure that it some kind of air leak issue and that it should be an easy fix. A couple of days go by and I haven't heard anything, so I call and I get the run around, I was transferred and put on hold for so long that I ended up hanging up. I call the next day, and now Will is snippy with me. Will states that they ordered some parts and I asked what parts were ordered, Will then asked me " Why do you want to know?!" Well Will it's my truck and I want to know what's being done to it. He said I ordered fuel injectors, cleaned the gas tank, and replaced the plugs, he said it'll be 3 to 5 days to get the injectors, and while on the phone with me, he is talking to other people he then goes on a tangent how it's his money and the injectors are going to be $1800. I said ok, well I'm not sure why you felt the need to attack me with that information and honestly I don't think he knows why he felt the need to attack me either. 7 days later I call and ask about the truck, now I'm given to Lisa (nice lady), Lisa says " oh Diane did you get my message?" No Lisa I did not......she reads me back a phone number and what do you know, it's not my phone number, nowhere near what my number is, and then she reads me back an address, nope not my address...so they have the totally wrong person but it's my truck information. I pick my truck up, get home start to disinfect it and what do you know, the new sunscreens I had purchased are missing, there was a dent and scratches and the right rear bumper and the new purchase paperwork is missing from my truck and they didn't replace the windshield wipers either ( which was part of the deal, that they volunteered to do). Needless to say, this was the ABSOLUTE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!

First time coming to the dealership to check out their inventory. They were very friendly and helped explain the process the used cars go through in their dealership.

Arrogant Service Manager

Service under recall. Made an appointment after several reminders to get it fixed. Loaner not available but was offered shuttle service. On the day of appointment, first I was told that appointment is for the next day but will accommodate. Jessica did not change it to right date when I made appointment. I was informed that no shuttle service available today even though it was confirmed at the time of appointment. Loaner car also not available. I was asked to wait - may take two hours. I said what I am to do for this long during this Covid pandemic and I am diabetic/high BP patient. After some arguments I told the service manager to change the recalled part and I will wait- and curse everyone for this problem. On this I was told that service will not be done to my car and I should leave. I asked to give me a note that you will not perform the job and was refused. I asked to talk to manager and that was also refused. One service technician came and was yelling at me. At this point I decided to leave the dealership. I have owned two Nissan cars so far but looks like next one is going to be from a different manufacturer.

Returning buyer - always a great experience

My family is loyal to the Nissan brand and one particular salesman. This place always has our best interest in mind, and we come out loving what we get!

Great car buying experience! 👍

This was one of my smoothest and easiest car buying experiences ever. I'm disabled and can only be out a couple of hours @ a time. Went in on Sat. and test drove 2 cars. I told Gage Sullivan how much I could afford, and he directed me to corresponding vehicles. He did not try to upsell me. I met the sales manager, Cliff. Everyone was extremely kind. I had to leave before completing my transaction. They held the car until Sunday without any money down. Went back on Sunday. My car was prepped, the paperwork was waiting and Kevin in finance helped me fill out the contract. It all went very quickly 😁. I couldn't be happier. Will definitely check here for my next car!
