    Nyhus Chevrolet - Buick was very helpful in finding our new car and then made a dealer trade to have it available for us. I really loved my 2012 Buick... Enclave and we traded for the 2016 Enclave. So far I'm really enjoying it! Mike W. and Dave R. were very professional and friendly and we were offered what we expected for our trade. They explained the features and options and helped pair my phone to the bluetooth. Blaine was very prompt getting the financial process completed. We would be happy to recommend Nyhus Chev -Buick to anyone shopping for a vehicle and will check with them first when it's time to trade again. Thanks again to the team at Nyhus!

    Nyhus was by far the best and easiest dealership around Brainerd lakes area to deal with. They really took the time to get me into what I wanted. Mike... was great easy going and no pressure and awesome at answering any questions about options and assesories that we had. We'll look forward to dealing with Nyhus's team again in the future.

    We previously had a bad experience with Nyhus turning our purchasing and service to Dondelinger out of Brainerd and after a number of years we decided... to give Nyhus a try again. While the service department personnel are very friendly, the customer waiting lounge situation for families, people with children, are not accommodating. I had to wait two different times past the expected service completion time and had my 3 year old daughter with and she got bored instantly with the lack of options for little ones to do. We spent some time looking at the showroom vehicle (only room for 1) and upon a return visit that once again took longer than estimated, we were reprimanded for finger printing up the showroom vehicle on the prior visit. This was done by a sales person yelling out of an office at us "I would appreciate her not touching the car as it took me an hour to wipe down the car last time she was in here..." and "the new owner of that vehicle wouldn't be happy with her finger prints all over it...". After several weeks of letting this just sit in my mind, I wrote a letter to the dealership and got this reply: "I have instructed my employees to be very mindful of any vehicle on the showroom floor...we are not a McDonalds with a playset for kids to play on...we do need to be mindful of what our children, grandchildren and pets do while in public places..." Both mine and my daughter’s fingerprints were left on that car as we sought things to do beyond the completion time of the service as quoted. This sort of customer service / activity has left a very bad taste in this father's mouth and our family will no longer give Nyhus another chance - treat me poorly once shame on you, but after years I came back to give them another try only to see nothing has changed, fool me twice - I'm gone. Nothing detrimental was done to the vehicle and to further comment that they are not a McDonalds with a playset was a further slap in the face... They have lost my business and her future business (at 3 years old, she owns a 86 El Camino), and everyone I share this with by word of mouth… Good by Nyhus!

    I was in search for a new-used vehicle and Nyhus happen to have exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately for me, they were located 3 hours from me!... I only wanted to make 1 trip to the dealer so I did everything over the phone and online. I worked with Mike W. He was great and a lot of help. I was even able to negotiate the price over the phone, without actually seeing the vehicle or test driving it, as I had to get my financing in order before I went to the dealership. I was happy about the price we decided on, their communication with me, and helping the entire process go as smoothly as possible. It was exciting to see the vehicle for the first time. It was represented in an honest fashion and I was pleased. I even received a 60 day/2500 mile warranty for FREE that I was unaware of. Mike was off on the Saturday I went to pick it up so Justin helped me. Everything went great and they sent me home with a full tank of fuel. Thanks again Nyhus for my 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T. No worries here. Buy with confidence. Job well done!!!

    Chevy was running local ads for a low lease/finance for an Equinox. We took the ad to Nyhus who told us they were not participating and can't match the... terms (our local bank can match the finance rate!!). Left and drove 30 miles to Brainerd where the local Chevy dealer not only matched the ad but did better. Don't understand Nyhus.
