Routine service was performed adequately. But there was a difficulty in communicating with the service front desk and a diagnostic was not well performed in my opinion.

Quickness and efficiency
The process was quick. I really do appreciate that. I drove down. They have paperwork ready. Turned over my keys to the old truck and drove away with my new truck. In just about 90 minutes.
