Staff was very patient and dedicated to you. Very cooperative with information and to the point. Patient while I was doing research and communicating with my personal connections regarding the vehicle purchase. Spouse, insurance, etc. and also a very cool building.

So this was my second purchase from this dealership. First time, Greg and Marya super friendly, laid back, and knowledgeable. They hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for!! Second time, I called, Marya asked what I was looking for and what features I needed. 2 days later she called me saying they had the SUV I was looking for! I drove up to take a look. Working with Zach, Marya, and Greg, I was not let down!!! This SUV has everything I wanted and much more. I really can't thank you all enough for how helpful, courteous, and caring you've been. Got new tires for my 2014 Explorer. Mike Garmon did a great job of providing options and helped my make a great decision - Yokohama's. Installing the new tires took less than an hour which helped make my daily schedule much better to manage. Another great experience with Kimber Creek Ford.

I purchased my vehicle from Kimber Creek Ford and just had my first service appointment as well. Both sides of the house are efficient and accommodating. I like the small-town, friendly culture.

They meet my appointment time as I had requested. The vehicle was done as said when brought in. They explained in detail what service was performed and what may need to be serviced in the future.

I called the service dept Friday to schedule an oil change for the next day. The schedule was full but they called me back when someone cancelled and were able to help me out. The experience at the dealership was great as well. Thanks again.

I have bought three vehicles here and most service work done here...always a good experience with service and staff. The car wash is a big plus.
