    19 hours ago Demarois is not a dealer you want to do business with. I have a family member who has taken two new GMC trucks both of which were damaged... during service. The last one they broke the front window, promised to replace it then said no. Dishonest and shoddy service.

    Stay Away from this Dealership.....Took my pristine 2018 Canyon Denali in for service. Returned to me with a Rock chip in the windshield. Told by the... Service manager that they would order in a replacement windshield. Called my a week later stating that they wouldn't be replacing it and that they would repair it. Repair is totally unacceptable. Don't buy from this dealership, don't take your vehicle into get repaired by this dealership. STEER CLEAR of this GMC Dealership. They clearly ARE NOT Professional Grade.

    I've bought two cars from DeMarois. My first car was a 2002 GMC XL which I totally love didn't have any problems with that and it's paid off in the clear.... Last year 2013, we bought a Suburban 2011.certifiedan extended warranty. Everything looked great. New rims, new tires, clean inside and out like a brand new car. I then hear brake problems so I take it to Les Schwab. Les Schwab called us and said nope its not your brakes the whole bottom of your car is about to fall out. Then asked if we had wrecked the car since we bought it. Which we had not. They suggest we take it back to the dealership and have them look at it. We take it back and have the service department at DeMarmois. And they say yes it will be $9,000 to fix your car. But you should probably call your insurance they should cover it.Geico then says we'll tow it to the body shop you would like to fix it.Geico also ask well what happened? My husband then says I hit a pothole and that's it. Geico says OK we should have it done as soon as possible. Send it to Rick's auto body they look at it and asks have you wreck this car? no we have not. Rick's auto body says this is obviously happened before you bought this car because the bottom fram is bent and for it to bent like that you woud have had to have body work done to it. This is not from a Pothole. Then we call Geico to tell them and they say sorry we won't be able to pay for it since its precondition situations. Now we go and talk to the DeMarmois about the $2000 extended warranty when we bought the car. The lady that sold us the warranty says sorry it doesn't cover it. What the hell?? Then my husband request to speak to the manager. And he says well we'll take a look at it. They went to RICK'S auto body.they explain to them the situation again and the manager (JOE) that it was a precondition situation and he said will fix it and we'll pay it. My car is fixed and Demoris stands by their cars and services! But I suggest to never go to the service department for any problems. Always go to a dealer or a manager never straight to the service department. ONLY to get an oil change. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE MANGER AND OWNER OF DEMARIOS FOR HAVING SUCH AN HONEST BUSINESS! !

    I have a water leak in the OnStar antenna in my 2017 GMC truck with less than 5,000 miles on it. I had the truck serviced at a different GM dealership... in town where they located the source of the leak and said water damage is visible in the headliner. Water has been leaking into the headliner and down to the floorboards for an unknown amount of time, but long enough that I can see obvious evidence of water in the A pillar with staining of the headliner. I called Demarois since my truck is a GMC instead of a Chevrolet. The service person told me their only recourse is to clean the staining and dry out the water damage, but they would not replace the headliner on my 6 month old truck because it wasn???t required of the warranty. For a brand new truck, this seemed ridiculous. I called GMC customer service where I spoke to a very helpful lady in a call center in Michigan who provided better customer service than the dealership right here in Missoula... The lady told me exactly what I knew about my warranty already... This is a manufacturer defect and my vehicle is well within the warranty period. The headliner will be replaced with the leaking OnStar antenna as a warranty service, but I think I???ll take my truck back to the other GM warranty provider in town to have the service completed.

    We special ordered a Mercedes, it arrived on the scheduled date. The purchasing experience was very pleasant. Staff were friendly and professional. ... The environment was clean. We were offered coffee, hot chocolate, etc. We were given a great deal on the car, receiving without asking, several discounts. I would buy from DeMarois again.
