I've bought two cars from DeMarois. My first car was a 2002 GMC XL which I totally love didn't have any problems with that and it's paid off in the clear.... Last year 2013, we bought a Suburban 2011.certifiedan extended warranty. Everything looked great. New rims, new tires, clean inside and out like a brand new car. I then hear brake problems so I take it to Les Schwab. Les Schwab called us and said nope its not your brakes the whole bottom of your car is about to fall out. Then asked if we had wrecked the car since we bought it. Which we had not. They suggest we take it back to the dealership and have them look at it. We take it back and have the service department at DeMarmois. And they say yes it will be $9,000 to fix your car. But you should probably call your insurance they should cover it.Geico then says we'll tow it to the body shop you would like to fix it.Geico also ask well what happened? My husband then says I hit a pothole and that's it. Geico says OK we should have it done as soon as possible. Send it to Rick's auto body they look at it and asks have you wreck this car? no we have not. Rick's auto body says this is obviously happened before you bought this car because the bottom fram is bent and for it to bent like that you woud have had to have body work done to it. This is not from a Pothole. Then we call Geico to tell them and they say sorry we won't be able to pay for it since its precondition situations. Now we go and talk to the DeMarmois about the $2000 extended warranty when we bought the car. The lady that sold us the warranty says sorry it doesn't cover it. What the hell?? Then my husband request to speak to the manager. And he says well we'll take a look at it. They went to RICK'S auto body.they explain to them the situation again and the manager (JOE) that it was a precondition situation and he said will fix it and we'll pay it. My car is fixed and Demoris stands by their cars and services! But I suggest to never go to the service department for any problems. Always go to a dealer or a manager never straight to the service department. ONLY to get an oil change. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE MANGER AND OWNER OF DEMARIOS FOR HAVING SUCH AN HONEST BUSINESS! !

I was greeted with a smile and my paper work ready.. she asked if I needed anything else, I told her and she said she would call me with a price etc. I... was called with the price and again when it was finished. The car was cleaned and everyone was curious and helpful.I am happy and will be back.

I took my GMC Terrain in for an oil change and replacement of all wiper blades. The service staff was terrific from check in to check out. They completed... the service promptly and gave the car a complimentary wash. A great experience.
I have been going to this dealership for 35 years. I have always had an excellent experience in both sales and service. I own a 1983 MB and rely on This... dealership . They have maintained it very well. My 2016 MB is always serviced extremely well. The Salesman, Wayne Wallicer Is not only very knowledgeable but a true gentleman.
Technician ran into some difficulties when replacing the defective airbag. Service kept me in formed as to the nature of the problem and and I was able... to discuss the situation with the technician when he was finished. I thought he did a good job explaining the difficulties.
