Donarius Holmes in the service department did a great job looking out for my F-Type and my interests with problems with moisture in both headlights. He... worked with management to get Jaguar to replace both under warranty. Other more minor issues were resolved to include the last major warranty service for the vehicle. It took a couple weeks, but was worth the wait time. Donarius is a super helpful service guy.
Being a service advisor for autos is not an easy vocation. Owners of autos can be demanding and rude. There is always the issue of money to repair... vehicles. Donarius Holmes did just fine as my service advisor, and we communicated well.
I love my service tech. She's sharp, explains things and makes a repair visit easy. The dealership is beautiful and spotless. I brought my car in without... an appointment, and they took it right in and fixed it. So happy!
I found my car online, almost seemed too good to be true. When I arrived the vehicle was pulled into a nice show room where I xould view the car under... lights . I drove that car home last night! The whole process was very pleasant. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel important.

Great car our new XJ and the service was excellent. Our Jag dealer was competent and friendly and easy to deal with. The facility was new and very comfortable.
Just when I thought their service department couldn’t get any worse than my previous experience and reviews, they managed to offer an even worse experience.... Water is leaking into my car which was likely caused by their poor installation of a roof panel that took 5 hours to install where they made me wait the entire time. I made an online appointment today to have it looked at and specified the issue. Come to find only when I arrive that I would need to leave my car there until their leak specialist was available in 4 days. There was no mention of this when I made the appointment nor did they inform me that a loaner wasn’t available. This would’ve saved me a trip to their shop or I could’ve made other arrangements. They said that a loaner wouldn’t be available for two weeks. No regard whatsoever about the pool of water building up in my car. No efforts to accommodate me at all, I.e. rental car, etc. Donarius is the same person that serviced me the last time I had an awful experience and he showed the same lack of empathy and customer service this time as well. I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere where they value their customers.
First time at this dealership for servicing my F-Pace Sport. The service Dept. was beyond my expectations and the service area was the cleanest I have... ever seen! I was greeted kindly and they provided me with a detailed process of what to expect. They even took care of a recall issue that I was not aware of! In my opinion you won’t find a better service and I will continue coming back. I can honestly say my overall experience with Jaguar of Tacoma was nothing short of excellent. Thank you.
