    The staff in the service department are attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. They're always willing to work with me to get the best price for only the services I need, the workmanship is top notch, the shuttle service is great, and the car is always returned clean inside and out. Many of the same great staff have been there for years, including the kind older gentleman who greets people when they pull their car up for service.

    The sales person, Travis Wilcox was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to help us get into the Volvo we wanted at the terms we wanted. What was most enjoying about this experience was that Travis ensured every aspect of the sale was managed around our schedule and made us feel taken care of. He was not pushy and felt like he was there for us and our needs and he felt more like a friend than a sales person. Truly exceptional.

    They need to have a better, more professional finance manager! While the sale process is smooth and enjoyable, my experience of the financing process is HORRIBLE. During the price negotiation, every time a new price proposal came out, I noticed there was a 1% increase on APR, and the last agreed on price showed a 4.99% APR, but I was assured by the sales that it didn't matter because it was only showing regional average and I was told that Volvo finance was offering 2.99% APR for applicant with my credit score(>800 in two bureaus, >780 in the third). However after the finance manager prepared the documents and got me into the office, he claimed that he got me a 'better' deal on finance with a whopping 4.49% APR, and he said it with such a proud face as if he did me a solid on the deal. What a joke! I instantly got mad and expressed my concern, he responded that he worked hard and shouldn't take the complain. He IS the finance manager, he IS aware of what the APR for people with credit score like me should get, better than anyone else! Yet he lied to my face! In the end, I asked him to get quote from other finance institution and got a 2.59% APR instead. My one hour wasted for nothing! My excitement for a new car ruined thanks to the finance manager!

    This was the worst experience trying to buy a car that I have EVER had. We found the 2008 Land Rover LR3 we were interested in on Friday and contact them right away to make an appointment for Monday to see and (hopefully) buy the car. We were emailing with Rhonda all weekend and she told us the car would be cleaned and ready for a test drive when we arrived at 10:30, the time of our appointment. We arrived 10 min early and was told it wasn't yet ready. Asked if we were OK with a little dirt and said we could drive it but not far because the service department said they needed to fix a few things. We asked what needed to be fixed and were told something about the compression but not sure since they "didn't know anything about cars". When we were shown the car it was filthy. Not just dirt but the entire inside of the car was trashed! First, the interior was advertised as black but it was tan. There was food, wrappers, a chewing tobacco container and dirt everywhere. When we opened the back, the smell was horrible. It clearly was not a car that should have been shown to a customer. I was very disappointed that we made the drive to Bellevue during rush hour specifically to see this car and it was in this condition. This car is completely out of the running since we now know there seemingly mechanical issues (compression, couldn't test drive because of the issues) and saw the original condition of the interior. I also will not buy a car from autonation knowing that the car had mechanical issues that were not disclosed and was priced prior knowing the outcomes of the repairs. Also, the interior color was listed incorrectly which I could have gotten past had the vehicle been in operable condition. Super disappointed and question why a dealership would think this would be OK.

    Great buying experience, most of the initial communication was online and with quick responses. Travis -eCommerce Sales Manager - addressed all my requests satisfactorily and most important, my time at the dealer to get my new Volvo was minimal. Very professional service, at the level of the quality of the cars.

    Rhonda was extremely patient with me, she took the time to show me all of the finer details of the car. She was a wealth of knowledge about comparable models from other brands and gave truly unbiased reports on them which allowed me to make an educated decision.

    My experience at Auto Nation Bellevue was great. Paul and Megan took the time to educate me. They guided me on ordering exactly the car I wanted. No pressure, no games, no hassle. The Volvo is beautiful and loaded with technology. Megan did a great job walking me through all the technology and customizing the set up for me. She even called to follow up with me after delivery.     I just received the XC90 that I customs ordered. I am extremely pleased with the vehicle and specifically with Don French who helped me make the decisions about what to order. Their advice helped me keep from making a couple of potentially expensive mistakes. Don also spent an afternoon making sure that we were comfortable with the operation of all of the new technology in the car.
