Luke and Joel are absolutely a delight to work with. They are very customer friendly and customer satisfaction focused. Great experience leasing my first car and first Volvo! Came in on a busy Saturday, test drove the car and talked numbers. I liked that I wasn’t pressured... at all. Did my research over night and it truly got an amazing deal. Came by the next day, car was ready and paper work took about an hour. Alyssa, Luke and the rest of the staff were great and very nice. Love my new Volvo and couldn’t be happier :) Thank you everyone.

Customer service was great! They accommodated my schedule well and were very informative with my questions. I have never had a bad experience with them... and trust all of them very much.
My car was due for 67,500 miles service. I dropped off my car and took Lyft and Uber to get around the city while I worked during the day. When I picked... up my car after a whole day of service at Volvo, my fog light was out and it was not tested, or brought up to me. I had to make a second appointment on a different date to get the fog lights replaced. I called Volvo service department to make an appointment and was told to bring the cats to the service department without an appointment because they had capacity. When I brought the car, the service advisor was annoyed that I showed up without an appointment. It was just as annoying for me to spend time to bring my car twice in one month.
I still bring my 2005 car here for service because unlike some car dealers the price is always very reasonable and they are great to work with.
Navid was super helpful and conscientious. Easy to work with and great customer service. Having a loaner car was so helpful and fun to drive.
