    brought my pickup in for service. i was not sure what the noise was. gary ramberg helped me out the mechanic diagnosed the problem. it was fixed fast and correctly. i really like rydell's nice care. my wife and i have purchased 5 vehicle's from rydell we are happy and satisfied customer's. good people at rydell thanks

James H over in the detailing shop did a fantastic job on my truck, the showroom shine looked awesome. Very satisfying day at Rydells, this is why I purchased my Truck from this location - its more than just the vehicle, its the service that comes with the purchase.

    Very impressed with Tanner T. when I bought a vehicle this weekend! He was extremely responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. I bought a used vehicle but felt like I was being treated as if I was buying a new high-end Cadillac. It was a pleasure working with Tanner and the rest of the Rydell sales staff and definitely work the drive from Fargo.

    I was in looking for a good used car on 16 Sept. The gentleman that helped me was Very good at answering my questions and was very good at knowing the cars he was showing me. I took several cars for test drives and he worked with me all afternoon. I was very impressed with his knowledge and courteous service. Thank you Logan.

    I called to request warranty work on my Equinox on Wed. and talked to Service.. who were going to call me right back. Thursday I called again talked to a sales person whom was going to get it lined up and call me back. Never happened. Friday I called to speak with Corey whom I bought the vehicle from. Went to his mail box which is full so was unable to leave him a message. So I then requested a different salesman. I spoke with Ben Peterson ( I believe) he was very helpful and got the appointment taken care of. The Service person called to schedule the appointment within a half hour. Then Ben called back on Saturday to make sure I got an appointment and he sent a PO in for the repair. ON Tuesday I arrived at 4:35pm. The person that helped me was very nice. He told me it would be going right back and it shouldn't take too long. 2 hours later I went to the back to see if my equinox was ready. He stated that he would go check. He went back and said there were only 2 mechanics and it would be about 5 minutes. It amazed me how other people came and went with their repairs while I sat and waited. The fix was a .6 job..to replace a RR tire pressure sensor.. why did I spend 2.25 hours of my time at Rydell's?? I felt like my time was not worth anything to your company. IF you only have 2 mechanics on after 5pm.. maybe you should schedule accordingly.

    I had some warrantee auto/body work done on a new vehicle (a small tweak that took some time to get to the fix at hand). I need to compliment first Dave, an estimator- henceforth Brian Hill another associate and Terry the body tech (may I say the finest). I was greeted with great courtesy by a very friendly staff of receptionists. From that point, a prompt time in getting the vehicle in...all be it the work took longer than anticipated, however Brian and Dave cordially kept me informed of an approximate time of completion. Customer service at it's best! Compliments also to Randy S for his apparent inspiration to his staff toward "customer service". This is a professional dealership and in my opinion deserving of a huge compliment...Thank you for the great service! A happy customer.
