    Deal was done via email, finalized by phone. I bought a Mirage DE and the price was $1200 lower than the best deal my local dealer offered. I could have moved up to an SE model and still saved $200 over my local dealer's DE model. I had to drive 4 hours to pick up the car, but I timed the pickup around another event I had nearby, so no time was wasted. Car was ready to go when I arrived.

    I own a 2003 Montero and wanted to change transfer case and differential fluids. To ensure I got the factory recommended fluid (GL-4 vs GL-5 for TC) I wanted to get it from the dealership. It became readily apparent that the person assisting me didn't bother to even look up my vehicle. He was trying to sell me the wrong viscosities and wasn't even close to the amount I would need to do the jobs. 100% worthless "help", no brand expertise at this dealership parts department. You guys make Jiffy Lube look like experts.

    everyone at this dealership is top notch! Sal, his son Jonathon, owners Shirlie and Patty all involved to make sure we had an easy buying experience. There pre-owed vehicles are top notch ! Very clean and well maintained, the best of the pre owed market. We received a more than fair price on a gorgeous 2010 Lexus 350 that looks almost like it just came off assembly line! Thank you Patty, Shirley, Sal, and Jonathan for making us a great deal and for being a no pressure dealership. Highly recommend! no wonder they have been in business for years and years!     Talked to Chris several times and he did his best to find the car I wanted as the one I first inquired about sold just hours before I contacted this dealer. We talked several times as he continued to search for another car for me with the same amount of mileage and price. He called me the same day I purchased a car from a local dealer and had a better deal then the one I just got But i told him I already had signed the contract. He told me to call Him if I was ever in the need for another car and wished me the best of luck. very nice people at Shirlie Slack Used cars.

    We just purchased a new car from Shirlie Slack. I waited to write a review because I wanted to make sure that I really like the car. We had a easy process from walking into the showroom and leaving with a new car. Sal and Rob were wonderful and very helpful. I like the car and a very satisfied customer.

    Wonderful customer service from the no pressure buying process right down to the financing. The employees made sure we were happy and even went out of their way to get us the absolute best deal in financing. We bought a used vehicle and it was so clean and nice you would have thought we were the first people in it. We are so happy with the way we were treated by this great team of people - we will be back!

    We drove down from Baltimore to buy a used car and the experience was very smooth: no pressure, but plenty of information. We felt well taken care of and were pleased with the car we chose. More importantly, they followed through with us later when we needed it: a light came up on the dash about 3 weeks after I bought the vehicle and they covered the cost of getting the obscure item fixed. There was no hassle at all and it was a real relief to have that kind of support behind the vehicle. Thanks you guys!

    I have just spend that last week looking into buying a vehicle from this dealership. What a waste of time. I found myself calling the salesman more then he would call me. When I finally was able to speak to the finance dept. it was a week after I made initial contact. Unfortunately they could not work a deal with me. I was very put off after hearing the ads on the Radio about what a nice family oriented place this was. I felt because I was not looking at a top of the line car that I was not worth their time.
