Don't give them your information

Don't give them your contact information until you determine if they truly have the car they claim to have. The GM may just have "bought" the car to get your contact information. I can not believe in 2020 I have had two different dealers claim to have vehicles for sale to not actually have it, though they are advertising the exact vehicle on multiple sites and publications. At least the vehicle here wasn't the cheapest vehicle on the lot like most dealers do but it is the same affect. switcharoo, get the contact info, so they can try to sell them something else.

Cheated me out of my money

Customer service was very poor. Very disrespectful. They’re a fraud and I would not recommend anyone to give their service to them. They stole from me and refuse to give it back

2020 scatpack

Awesome experience being that I got what I came for, 2020 scat pack dodge charger. Interior was not so great but I love the car

Awful Sales Manager

This by far was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had regarding customer service. The salesman that I had was ok. I get he was just doing his job but the sales manager of Jim Burke used cars was AWFUL! My husband was told by our salesman that he spoke with the GM there and they had agreed upon a price of the car I was to purchase. When we got there it was a totally different story and the GM was nowhere to be found. The sales manager comes in and negates the entire deal. I told him that I could not afford that price and I gave the keys back. He snatched the keys up and walked out the office and went to his office and closed the door. No I’m sorry or thank you for your business or considering us or anything. I would not recommend using them to my worst enemy. If you cannot deliver great customer service and at the same time you want a sale and/or commissions to go in your pocket you need to be more mindful of your actions.

Happy customer

Great service every time! They’ve been servicing my vehicle for years and never disappoint. Free shuttle service is convenient for dropping off car in the morning and allowing them to service without a wait. Would recommend to anyone.
