My daughter bought a Nissan Pathfinder from here. Rear hatch had an issue opening and passenger side door didn't open from inside. They paid for me to have it fixed. If they know of an issue with a vehicle they will let you know and if they cannot fix they will pay to have it fixed. Awesome customer service and a great buying experience.
Bought a 🍋!
I bought an Outback from them. I expected to put a little into it but so far I have replaced the timing belt, water pump, rear shock/strut, radiator, tune-up, still needing a catalitic convertor and a head gasket which will cost me over $2000. Very dissatisfied with them.
Hi Micki Of course we are disappointed on the performance of your car. None of those items was obvious or evident at the time of the sale. We encourage all of our customers to take an extended warranty to prevent a disappointing experience. Unfortunately you declined that option...However we are still willing to do repairs in our shop at substantial reductions ....
I found my car online for significantly less than everywhere else. My first thought was something must be wrong, but the carfax was clean (they provided) and I found out the owners run a tight ship, which allows them to price lower than their competitors. I've had my car now for about 6 months and it runs like a dream. What else is there to say? Super happy!
Could not be happier
I came by Sunrise Motors to view a Nissan Murano that I saw online. I was warmly greeted by the owner and shown the vehicle, which was clean and as described. The sale process was easy, they helped with financing and just made the whole process pleasant. It's easy to take the vehicle there for oil changes and maintenance and they know my name when I stop by. These days it seems like it's harder and harder to find local businesses like this, where the people are real and work hard to stand behind their products. I strongly support local business and am proud to do business with Sunrise.
Updated review after owner responded to review.
Update: after reading their response to my review I chose to go back and trade the terrain in. As they stated I was given a pretty good trade in, though Im still a bit hung up that I took it back just a hundred miles or so outside the warranty when the oil burning issue was noticed and Randy claimed that he wasn't worried about the 100-200 miles I was over, leaveing me to believe he would have the engine fixed. But either way in the end I traded the terrain in toward a 2010 traverse which I am happy with, I'm just disappointed I had to carry almost $2000 over from the difference of the value/trade in on the terrain, but now I'm happily in the traverse. Now 200 miles after purchasing the traverse the power steering quit working, BUT I'm now in contact with BRENT who happily sent me to the garage and said the repairs will be taken care of and I am back in the same position I was when I purchased my first car from them years ago, I'm receiving the same great customer service I expected when I returned to purchase my 2nd vehicle from them. I hope this situation will be better from here on out.
Purchased an oil burner from them.
I bought a 2014 terrain 2.4l ecotec from here, the actual mileage was 2000+ miles from the mileage they listed, my original thought was hey they spent time in this vehicle, they'll know of any issues. So I purchased the vehicle and just over 1000 miles later I start getting a ticking noise from the engine. I take it back to them and the mechanic says there's maybe 2 qts of oil left in the engine. Mentions that's a common ecotec issue, finishes the oil change and hands me an extra qt of oil stating I'm going to need it. So here we are with this vehicle I paid $12,000 for burning 2-3 qts of oil in 3,000 miles, and all I get is you just have to keep an eye on it, it's your problem and we have no plans of making anything right. When I bought my first vehicle from them, they preached this holy church going family story but in the end they screw you over just as fast as the next guy. They could have caught the issue if they had been checking the oil as they ran up the miles, but hey why would they or myself think you have to watch the oil level religously in a 2014 vehicle. I do not recommend this business to anyone, and will not be returning to them for anything.
We are always disappointed whenever a customer has a bad experience. We do Not manufacture, engineer or design vehicles. That ultimately falls on the manufacturer ...in this case General Motors...and at this time they have not issues a recall to address this issue and at this time have not even come up with a fix for this issue...We would like to believe that GM will do so....and will inform them if that should occur. We certainly would take the Terrain back in on trade and will do our best to offer fair compensation. Sincerely Sunrise Motors Brent and Randy Owners
Response to my inquiry was "sorry sold", nothing else. Not even a name. Not "I'm sorry it's been sold and we'll take it down asap. However I have a similar truck etc...." Vehicle is on cars.com website as well as their own. If you're trying to get customers, customer service should be a priority.
Sorry that your car was sold....and call us for other cars that are similar in price......best to you in your car search.
Happy Yukon owner
First class Act. They treat customers like they care. Went to other dealers that treat you like a number. sunrise spends time with you and make sure you get the car you want and great quality.
Wonderful experience!!! We were very pleased with the service we received at Sunrise Motors. Randy was great to deal with and the whole process of buying a vehicle went very smooth. My husband and I would highly recommend Sunrise Motors.
You won't find more honest, salt of the earth people to buy a used car from. Brent and Randy go out of their way to make the experience comfortable and I couldn't be happier. It can be scary purchasing a car, and especially a used car. But this dealership seems to carry a nice variety of newer, very nice cars and trucks that are clean, inspected and carry warranties, and the owners seem to take personal pride in what they do. I'm very happy with my purchase and the experience as a whole!
