What a bunch of crooks. I’m purchasing an early model 2006 Ford GT. They have had the car for 6 months and couldn’t sell it. We negotiated a price, came to an agreement and the day I go to follow through with the sale they decide to tell me they sold it to their other dealership and won’t respect our deal offering? Ricky, we had a deal and you assured me you would proceed, and you aren’t now. Pretty sure that is illegal. In a world of scams and fraud, it’s truly nice to see a dealer follow that same business model with zero ethics. I told the other dealers I was working with I had moved forward with yours and you pull this crap? Following up with reviews on BBB, and Facebook and google reviews as nobody should have to deal with this level of swindling. BUYER STAY AWAY!

Although I didn't buy a high end exotic, I was treated like I was buying one. The 2007 XKR was wonderful and Jackson went above and beyond to answer all my questions, inquiries and upfront about everything with respect to the car. It was prepared beautifully and the transaction was as smooth as could be for an out of state buyer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a specialty vehicle and hope to deal with them again in the future.

I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Motor Cars of Chicago in Chicago, IL. My experience buying a used car from them was a nightmare, costing me thousands in repairs and countless headaches due to their deceptive practices and unresponsiveness. They market themselves as a luxury, high end dealer, but this is simply not the case. I bought a 2013 Mazda Mx-5 in January 2025 and had it shipped from Illinois to Arizona. When it arrived, the check engine light was on, and it ran so rough it was barely drivable. I notified the dealer within their 15-day warranty period, and they verbally promised to cover the repairs. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they never followed through, leaving me to pay $4,200 out of pocket to fix the car, which took six months in the shop. Worse, the dealer failed to disclose critical issues. The car was a repossession from Texas, requiring me to purchase a surety bond to register it in Arizona—a costly process they never mentioned. They also didn’t tell me the catalytic converter was missing, making the car non-street-legal. These omissions feel like intentional deception, as no reasonable dealer would overlook such major defects. I’ve tried resolving this with the dealer, but they’ve gone silent. I’m now pursuing legal action and filing complaints with the Illinois and Arizona Attorney General’s offices. Save yourself the trouble—avoid Motor Cars of Chicago at all costs. Their lack of transparency and failure to stand by their promises make them an untrustworthy business.

Had a wonderful experience buying by 2016 Mercedes AMG G63 from Chicago Motor Cars. Seraj “Raj”Abughoush was an amazing sales representative and cares for me start to finish. I was an out of town purchase and Raj walked the car with me twice, did a road test and even fixed an issue he saw with the windshield during our drive together. His manager was very great with his customer service and I will definitely be back to buy another car with Raj and the whole team at Chicago Motor Cars. Was an amazing experience!

Frank Sacco is a complete fraud. Have a deal IM WRITING and now trying to back out of it. What a joke. Have already moved things around to make this deal and now he is costing me thousands
