Didn’t even try basically refuse to scan for codes

2006 Volvo no spark. They refused to scan the car blah blah blah total waste of time. Paid for a tow there and back. The clown told me to take it to a restoration shop!!!! It was a issue with the key car runs great!!!! Took it to a little mom and pop shop had the car running after few days with them

Disappointed

I had the worst experienced I had ever been through at Field Jaguar. The sale personnel made me disrespected. I brought my car in to replace my tire. First of all, it took them over three hours, and they came back and told me that they broke my lug nut. And now I have a damaged rim of my Jaguar and they refused to fix my wheel, or my lug nut. They did not communicate to me that their having problems. They were very condensing and rude. In the near future, I thought about buying a new vehicle, so I guess I will give Cadillac my money, because they have respect for women. I feel that they don’t treat women the way they should be treated. When I tried to talk to the manager he wouldn’t let me speak about point of view. I really feel that they should work on their communication with their customers.

It doesn’t seem like Fields Volvo wants to sell a car.

It doesn’t seem like Fields Volvo wants to sell a car. I wanted to lease a car and came up with 3 different lease payments. The lease calculator on THERE website is a scam to get you into the dealership and the number’s get higher.the salesperson said that the price is from Volvo and that’s it take it or leave it. I tried another dealership 2 hours away and got the same vehicle with better options for the price I expected. They are another scam dealership. I’m a firm believer of buying local. Word of mouth in the business world is not good. I will never do business with Fields Volvo again! PERIOD

Recommend Fields Waukesha

We recently bought a Volvo XC90 Recharge and we are happy with this car and our buying experience at Fields Waukesha. We worked with Jacob and he was accommodating with our schedules to test drive (twice) and help us understand the options and benefits of a Hybrid vehicle. He answered all our questions in person or by text. After it arrived he made sure it was ready when we arrived so it was a quick and easy process. He gave us a thorough demo of how to set up the car and followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions. Would definitely work with Jacob and Fields again.
